Today I saw Timothy, but In both instances, Technician was very polite and helpful. Hopefully I won't need to return, but if I have another problem, I know where to go!”

“Gramps was very professional from the beginning. My husband's tv ended up with lines through it because of contact with a small toy, less than a month after we bought it. We took it to Gramps to get it fixed. Within a few days Gramps contacted us to inform us he needed a part from the manufacture before he could diagnose the problem. After Gramps received the part he discovered that the tv had a factory defect. The screen was never put in correctly. Gramps then wrote up a report which I then submitted to the retailer I bought it from. Within hours I received a notice of a replacement order as well as a refund of the deposit I paid to Gramps from the retailor. We were very please!”
