Online it says they open at 8am, me and someone else showed up at around 8:20 and the doors were locked. On top of that none of the times were posted on the door.

Terrible cashiers and management. Line all the way across whole store and cashier gave attitude when WE asked her to get help. Over 25 ppl waiting ✋️ ? manager kat had sparky attitude towards customers. Like this place seriously hates working. I'll go to whole other store

I wanted to like this Dollar Tree. Really I did. But it's too much of a hot mess. This has got to be most dysfunctional location I've ever seen. Boxes were literally throughout the whole store. Staff was running back and forth trying to figure out how to organize everything. I felt like this was important to mention, seeing as how someone could trip and fall. It's definitely unsafe for older people. As can be expected, only one line was open. Until the girl who was filling up the soda cooler got on another register. But still, it was like sheesh, took you long enough. The store's lighting was dim. They have a large selection of items, especially in the personal care section. They also had a lot of nail polish. Unfortunately, I couldn't take my time to look at anything, because there was so much chaos going on around me. A shopping trip here is aggravating. Be careful and bring your patience!

Just went back to dollar tree and the lady I like isn't working tonight was told she usually only works days.she needs nights I guarantee you that store would be spotless if she were there ,cashier tonight not friendly whatsoever like I said I will only go when Cindy is there

As a person who works here I assure you that yes the store my look a Little bit crazy but we are doing our best to make sure that you the customer is being treated fair with ur experience there. The store manager is a good person the other managers are very good at helping out with things too

TERRIBLE customer service. The woman at the register- Sarah Rose may be the rudest cashier I’ve ever encountered. Put my stuff on the belt - said “good morning!” She never even looked at me the entire transaction. Near the end of my order I told her it was ok - she didn’t need to wrap the glass items - thought I was being helpful. She said nothing. She finished ringing me up - I said “have a good day!” And she STILL wouldn’t acknowledge me. I said “thank you!” Still nothing I stood there for a moment waiting for her to say something - maybe thank you? She just moved on to next customer. This woman should NOT be working with the public. There’s another Dollar Tree in Bear - go there!

Carries a great variety of things. Staff is always cheerful and helpful. As other posters have noted - it has a run down feel but that’s pretty much the entire strip mall. Disappointed they moved their hours back to 9am. Used to enjoy a quick errand run after dropping off the kids

The Dollar Tree at the Elkton Mall in Maryland was great. It was larger than most Dollar Trees in NJ or DE. There were a lot more items to choose from. I want to go again and take my time looking through the children's educational material.
