I've actually worked as a subcontractor for CVS in NY and I was always impressed with their people and service. However, I can honestly say that this store is absolutely the WORST pharmacy I've ever dealt with! And I have dealt with the VA!Simple lack of attention to detail and even less customer service!I have submitted my medical allergies to this store numerous times and they still gave me a prescription that was going to make me sick. I asked AGAIN for the right ones and I waited 4 days for it.The store is sparse, dirty and poorly merchandised.Do yourself a favor and steer clear!Your health may depend on it.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!You will die waiting for medications here go to another state!

Cvs is the worst ,you can't get ahold of noone and you leave a message and they don't return your call.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The last three times I've tried to pick up a prescription the store has had a sign posted on the door that they closed early (hours early). I understand issues with staffing, but medication can be a time sensitive matter.

This location should be on the closing list. I am working in town and feeling ill. I google pharmacies in my area and was delighted to see a CVS just a couple minutes from my location. I know CVS to have a great selection on medications among many other things to help me feel better. The building and selection are not on par to the other CVS locations I have visited despite it being in a busy section of town. I found my selection quickly as there is not much to choose from. The front was unmanned even though there were 3 patrons in the store and it was lunch hour. A man was in the back on his phone and unpacking boxes. He was inattentive to me or any person coming into building. I was not purchasing an item from the pharmacy but that was the only section with any sign of life. The woman in front of me was helped and took a seat. I moved forward to purchase my one item in hand. The unkept woman behind the counter moved to the back section where 2 other workers were performing pharmacy duties. I waited a few more beats then made my way down the counter to the person at the second register. Assuming the woman did not acknowledge me or assist me as I was at the pharmacy and was not purchasing a pharmacy item. The man at the second counter was also on the phone. He paused to let me know he would help me in a moment. I noticed another patron, a man, enter the building. The unkept woman returned to the front to assist the man. I was still waiting for the man on the phone to get off as he stated he would help me with the purchase in hand. After a few more beats later he is off the phone and I have someone's attention in this store, built and forgotten about in 1979. He took one look at me and let me know I would be helped at the front counter (the first front counter....with no one there and a sign that says "Next Register" ) I advise him no one is there and no one is going there to help me or anyone. He then tells me the lady at the other counter could help me. You know the one that walked away as I approached the counter. I advise him of the same and he repeats himself. So I reluctantly go to return to the first register as she is still helping the man only to see another man in line behind him. At this point I have been in line longer than it took for me to drive there and pick my item. Sensing this is not a well organized and selective with their assistance operation, I left without my purchase. While I want to consider my experience as an isolated incident, hopeful its not based on my appearance, reading the other reviews is a clear indication, this location is seriously lacking professionalism and organization. It does not represent the past experiences I have had with other CVS' in appearance, selection and customer service. I went to the Dollar General a block away and was greeted with friendly staff and was able to get what I needed quickly and attentively.

Great experience here! I am from out of town and had to get a med called in from my PCP and they filled it so quickly and were delightfully friendly!

This location does not get credit for their efforts. I have been going here for a few years now and they will do everything they can to help. Some things happen out of their hands. I mean there is a hospital and Doctor offices very close to them. They are very busy. My doctors office sent my prescriptions to wrong pharmacy and they took care of it very quickly. Thank you to all there. Be patient and be kind, it goes a long way! Even at the Pharmacy

Since my work changed their program and now have to use CVS it’s been a hassle. I try to use the app to see status of prescriptions, try to call in and get any detail if my prescriptions aren’t on the app and no one answers. When you try to call their inbox is full no matter which way you go around the system you can’t get to someone. They changed their hours of operation with no notice. Then they are severely understaffed. I truly wish I didn’t have to deal with this location, sadly it’s the only one in my area.

Worst experience with the pharmacy and staff. Emergency room sent electronic prescription over which was verified and I was told prescription would be ready at 9:40am. I called to give my insurance information over the phone to save some time since I was not feeling well so I left a message. A Staff member called me back and stated I should call back and leave that information on the voice mail, which I did. I assumed everything was good (my fault to assume) In the interim of the 2 phone calls between CVS and myself I showed up to pick up my prescription at 11:30am believing everything was on track but I was wrong. Once in line to pick up my prescription I was greeted by a pharmacy tech who proceeded to tell me that they do not have the prescribed medication in stock. I asked the satff member why I wasn't told this over the phone when giving all my insurance information earlier it was then told to me that the staff does not call the consumer and contact between the pharmacy staff and consumer is only done via text messages. (WOW) I proceed to show the staff member the voicemail that was left by one of the current staff members from CVS and that's when that pharmacy tech started to fumble since the information he/she was providing me was wrong. I proceeded to ask for a copy of the script and I was told I could not have it since it was an electronic script. No other assistance etc. was offered Bottom line I just wanted a copy of the information so I could provide it to my primary doctor in order for he/she to call a new script in to another pharmacy. Long story short this CVS was not helpful at all. CVS's customer service was defiantly one of the worst experiences I have encounter at a pharmacy. Save yourself time and use another pharmacy.

This place is absolutely horrific. I would rate it with negative stars if it were possible. There is never anyone at the front register, they take forever at the pharmacy, they never answer phone calls, and they close the store for 1/2 hour every day for lunch. This is the only place on the planet that will actually close their doors and turn away customers so they can all eat lunch at the same time........

The reason they don't answer the phone is cause they are busy as hell. All 3 associates I saw working there worked fast and were friendly with all customers. When you go, just be prepared that there most likely will be a long line to pick up prescriptions.Store is small, but was clean.

I have no idea how this place is still in business. The first time I called to get a prescription filled, the planets must have been aligned just right because they actually answered the phone pretty quickly and seemed to be fine. Unfortunately that was the last time they did anything well or quickly. I tried to call after that to check on the status of my scrip and was on hold for 30 minutes with no answer. I tried 2 more times at 30+ minutes each time with no answer. I finally decided to drive to the pharmacy to find out what was going on with my prescription and then it became obvious to me that they were simply in over their heads and totally dysfunctional. There were several lines of frustrated customers at the pharmacy desk. You could hear the overhead PA system saying that there were calls on hold but I didn't see anyone answer a phone the entire time I was there (thus my lack of answers when I called) and there wasn't even anyone at the front checkout area. Pure chaos. I stuck with it because I really had to get my prescription but I decided to transfer my scrip to another pharmacy immediately so I wouldn't have to deal with them anymore. Unfortunately trying to get in touch with them to transfer my scrip somewhere else is just as frustrating. I've had 2 diff pharmacies tell me that they are notoriously difficult to get in touch with for things. Save yourself the agony and DO NOT GO HERE.

Lots of carelessness and unprofessionalism. Waited an hour today to pick up two scripts that BTW were called in 3 days ago just to only get one of them and be told the other way more crucial one was on hold. Had to go talk to the pharmacist to find out why and while he was looking up my info he had another person's prescription with all their info on it sitting on the counter in front of me in plain sight.I know they're understaffed but honestly this place was horrible long before the labor shortage. The staff always does the bare minimum and act like they can't get you out of their way fast enough, they don't seem to care about patient privacy, and no matter how long I wait before going to pick up my script (even if it's several days later) it's NEVER ready and I always end up waiting at least 45 minutes. I'm never going to this location again.

They won't answer the phone. My prescription was supposed to be filled by 3pm, it's several hours later and says it's still in process. I wanted to transfer to different pharmacy but can't because it's "in process" I will now have to go multiple days without a needed medication. I've also been notified before that my prescription was ready, and when I went to the store they had a sign posted on the door that they were closed due to having no staff available. Then why would I get a text that my medicine was ready? This is the most incompetent store I've ever encountered. Do not use this pharmacy, especially if you have very important prescriptions to fill. This place should be shut down, I'd be surprised if they haven't already killed people with how incompetent they are. I'd give negative a billion stars if I could. You truly do not understand how infuriating and dangerous this pharmacy is unless you've witnessed it. Terrible terrible terrible awful place. Please shut down.
