I recently had my car serviced at Crouse Auto Body, Inc., and I am beyond impressed with the exceptional customer service I received. From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel welcomed and ensured that all my questions were answered.
A special mention goes to the extremely friendly receptionist named Bree, who was an absolute delight. From the start, Bree greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. She was attentive, kept me updated, and handled everything with the utmost professionalism. Her positive attitude and helpfulness made a significant difference during what could have been a stressful situation.
In addition to the outstanding service and friendly staff, I was incredibly impressed by how quickly the repairs were completed. Crouse Auto Body provided incredibly fast service without compromising on quality. I was back on the road in no time, and my car looked as good as new. I highly recommend Crouse Auto Body, Inc. for anyone looking for top-notch service, a great team, and quick turnaround times!

Everyone was very professional. The work was amazing! My 2024 Wrangler looks like it came off the show room floor! Only thing I suggest is if you have State Farm insurance may consider using another auto body company

Can’t say anything but amazing things about Crouse Autobody!
They fixed my vehicle in a very timely manner and have also gone out of their way to help me battle the insurance company that’s supposed to be covering the damaged done to my car by another driver.
Travis, Bri, Macey the are all amazing, hardworking individuals. Mine and my families business will always be with them!
