If I could possibly give 0 stars, I would. Horrible customer service, never answers the phone. He had my car for 3 weeks for a warranty repair, then finally gets in touch with me and tries to charge over 1k for a repair I didn't authorize. He got angry when I protested to the charge. I told him to take the part off the car, and he said he would charge me $253 for the diagnosis. I agree to that only to have him up the price by another hundred dollars to $360 a week later when the car was ready. Very unprofessional.

DO NOT TRUST! Chris sold me a car with rod knock, claiming nothing was wrong with it. Metal shavings found in oil FIRST day of ownership, progressively got worse with more and more shavings. CAR DIED FIRST WEEK OF OWNERSHIP. Ignored ALL calls and will write SOLD AS IS on bill of sale to really screw you! Practically stole the $10,000 I paid for the car from me! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME. I sent my car to this guy for a repair and he lacks every communication skill there is. I would call to ask about what was goin on and would get a shrugged off answer and never a call back when i was told numerous of times he would.Services: Engine repair

Chris and his team were wonderful. I had had a slow leak in my coolant system, so small that Union Park Volvo couldn’t find it. Then one day, it was a big leak, and the car wouldn’t hold coolant overnight. I called Chris Monday morning, he said bring it by ASAP. I dropped it off. Later that day, he called and told me he had the part and would be able to have it fully fixed by the next day. In the process of completing the repair, he realized my timing belt was in really bad shape, and that is part of the system he was trying to fix. (It’s true… I had put off getting a new timing belt ?). And Chris put on the new timing belt in the repair of the leaking water pump part of the coolant system. When I picked up the car, he only charged me for what he originally quoted me, and didn’t charge me for the timing belt. I was so surprised. Incredibly nice! We talked for a bit and I went on my way. Car is back to normal! I would definitely go here for car repairs again!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Chris was incredible ! I called him yesterday freaking out because I needed my wheel bearing done before going home and he said he would be able to get me in and get it taken care of. He called me to let me know what was going on with everything and if the amount I was quoted had to change. Chris is wonderful. I had one vehicle that needed repairs. He's working on that now. However I was looking for a car for my daughter, and he had one. I bought that from him.
