I could not be happier. I found this facility in google when I needed clutch work on my 2005 Subaru. Kerrie was very helpful in making me feel like a valued customer and was able to have my car looked at very quickly despite the long waits other mechanics had. The mechanic working on my car, Chris, was knowledgeable and I feel took extra care to make sure things were done right. I can’t recommend this place enough. The prices were VERY reasonable and the work done was perfect. Thanks again for a great first experience. I will be back with any other car issues I have.

The Team at Chesapeake Service Center got me in and out. Scheduled An inspection for my truck, Dropped it off at 8am and was done at noon. Very Fast And Professional Service

A tire gave up on me halfway between NH and NC in the middle of the night. The dispatcher was very patient with me as the driver was occupied for a bit and I was stuck on 95 with two dogs and terrified so I called back a few times. The driver made it out to me within the hour, was super helpful worked hard to get my tire off and my donut on. He gave me directions to a 24 hour tire place and led me to a gas station where I could more easily follow the directions and kept me off of the interstate with the donut on the car. It was cold and I was completely unhelpful but the dispatcher and Nick were both wonderful. Made a bad situation more tolerable.

SAVED the DAY !! Installed a new battery in a machine, with little notice they came to Local auction and saved a driver trying to load a machine that had dead/ bad battery. ( ** 5 Star in my contacts for sure. )Service: Battery

If I could give more stars I would. Fast and great service. Broke down at Chesapeake House travel plaza. After waiting almost 6 hours for 3 different tow services that eventually cancelled, got in contact with them. Not only were they there in less than 30 minutes, Lisa went above and beyond her job. She found us a hotel nearby, had the tow driver drop off at hotel and picked up the next morning when car was fixed. I'm just upset I didn't get the driver's name. I hope I don't ever need their services again, but I was completely happy with them. Prompt and courteous when I called for a tow, and I was expecting the bill to be higher then it was. Thank you Chesapeake Service Center. Great business.

Started the year off losing everything in a bad accident closing down a major road for several hours they didn't make it any easier high cost and wouldn't work with us. We are still struggling paying for a room. The worse was how shady the people acted about paying. They started by suggesting we not contact our insurance company and then gave them a price 10 times what they told us

Very fast inspection and honest work. Another shop had told me my rear brakes and rotors needed replaced immediately. Chesapeake Service Center said they were fine and I had plenty of wear left. They could have charged me to replace them since I was already expecting it and had told them so prior to the inspection. They will be keeping us as customers.
