Hands-down one of the nicest shop in the area at that time to work with being six hours from home with a truck that needed repairs not only did they pick it up fixed it and dropped it back off to me. Great service great people.

Needed an alignment and tire rotation and asked for a tune-up as well. Once they had looked at our van they called and let us know what they recommended we get fixed (warped rotors and coolant leak) and gave us an estimate on what it would cost. It took a week for it to be finished which was painful but we knew parts needed to be ordered and Brown’s is a busy shop. Total cost was indeed what they had estimated and my van is running more smoothly than it has in a long time. Definitely recommend these mechanics!

If you value giving your hard earned money away to an outfit (BSC), with a arrogant young male ripoff artist at the front desk, with a stupid smile on his face waiting for you to walk through the door, then take your boat trailer to them! I took my $400 dollar boat trailer there (in good shape), for a MDMV mandatory inspection only to have them tell me it will cost almost $395 dollars for a batch of unnecessary repairs that appeared to be a batch of unprofessional patch jobs, upon return 3 days later! According to them, I needed the following:
1. My wheel bearing repacked. That's when I knew I was going to be rippedoff! Because this was already done by the previous owner when I bought the boat!?
2. The fender reseated. As the nut & bolt came off when I drove into their parking lot. A simple 2 minute job to reattach! The job they did was very unprofessional, as I had to also redo!?
3. My lights had to be rewired! All they did was take off end caps and replace with black electrical tape!?
4. Replace a side light (the cheapest light they could get and didn't even match, as I had to redo!
I don't know why I was being charged for absolutely nothing of significant and was thinking:
1. Maybe they don't normally do trailers and this was an opportunity to be a cheater!
2. Maybe it was because I was black! A tall-tell sign was how this young con artist addressed me!?
3. Maybe if was that he knew I would never come back there ever again!
All I know is, when you review the bill, there's no work breakdown structure that justify the high bill?? The biggest complaint the people have about this process and outfits like this is, in order to pass, you have to not only take it to them, but you have to eat being ripoff as well!

I have taken my company vehicle here several times. They are always very polite and do their best to explain whatever the problem is with your vehicle. As far as prices, they are no higher than any other mechanic. And they do a wonderful job on your vehicle. I highly recommend this shop.
I am glad that you were able to see the review so quickly, and you are quite welcome for the review. I just call it like I see it, and Brown's deserves praise for the great work and customer service excellence that you guy's (and ladies) display down there. Other shop's need to take a page out of your book. Keep up the great work!!!!!
