The worst blue beacon I have ever stopped at, I chose the complete package including wash out trailer and none of the services were good, everything was half done and when I complained to the team supervisor he told me with a very bad attitude that I did want my truck cleaner than It will pay for a second round hahaha it's serious. But hey, I think I have to understand that some people have a bad day and don't want to do their job. Here is a photo of a perfect example of a very bad leader, while his team works he simply smokes and plays with his cell phone ?

Terrible service, I asked to wash the interior and exterior trailer plus the truck, they left the doors very dirty with soap, I demanded that they clean and they told me that I had to pay more to clean what they did not finish. Bad attitude, left with the truck dirty with a little water. so poor service

It's hard to find a "carwash" big enough for a truck towing a camper! This place doe semis, buses, RVs and campers and did a great job.

First shift did a great job with my wash but second shift not so much. They have washed my trailer. The the next day I woke up something told me to look I'm the back nd when I did there were ants. I had to go back the next day for another washout.

My trailer is always dirty, they don't use a brush to remove the dirt from the trailer, all the rain ex is marked, I use blue beacon a lot throughout the country ?

I am completely fed up with this company. I have tried their services at different locations, and every time they do a terrible job of washing the truck. This time, I even paid extra for a hand scrub of the truck and trailer, but the results were disappointing. Considering the number of people they have washing trucks and trailers every day, you would expect them to be experts at it.

Is hard give a very good review when you spend 2 hrs in a trailer wash out. Very busy place.
