“I had my truck towed in for a transmission rebuild of a 6L80E. They were very accommodating and very understanding, quick great work. I had a ton of, probably annoying, questions and they were all answered accurately and promptly. The lady I spoke to through the whole process was very nice and informative with either answering my questions or letting me know what was going on. Definitely recommend their service.”

“Had a issue with the regulator. Was leaking from a custom fitting the previous owner installed. Called marty's he didn't give a shit that I wasn't the original person that purchased he product. He gladly assist me with a fix that cost me no money that involved removal of the fitting and installation of a plug that was not being used installed on the regulator already. Best costumer service ever. This is especially appreciated being active duty military and people taking care of people time is valuable. Thanks buddy!”
“My Family has bought 2 cars from Judge Auto, in Elkton, Md. My first was an 06’ Acura Mdx and the 2nd my son got a 2012’ Honda Accord. The owner was always super friendly and helpful with the whole process! Luke their salesman /mechanic went over and beyond to make sure the financing for the Acura And Honda went through! Also, he is a 100% awesome mechanic! If he couldn’t fix it, he made sure somebody else did, and made sure it was done right! We’ve had the Acura for a year now and no matter if anything goes wrong he is always there to offer a helping hand at a good price! Sherry is the sales woman and she is just the sweetest! She’s super attentive and very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance and financing! Where there’s a will there’s a way with that company! They are awesome and I love them all for what they’ve done for my family ! I Will always Recommend people to go there! You can’t find good, honest, wholesome people like these people nowadays! “I bought a 2023 Jeep Gladiator from Ty at Hertrich in March of 2024. It was a great sales experiance. I brought the Gald in for my first oil change, they did a great job. Today 8/16/24 I brought the Glad in for a bettery check and a cliking noise in the front end. The service dept was great, they fixed what was needed and had me on the road in no time. Very nice service reps to deal with. To me they are one of the best dealerships to Buy and get service from.”

“The dealership wasted no time in ordering the parts they needed to fix the clutch on this New 2024 Terrain. Once they identified the problem, it took only two days to tear down the clutch and drop the transmission for repair. Loaner was provided, car was picked up after repair with a full tank of gas.”
