Purnell is a select shop with State Farm so there was no hassle with coordinating the estimate. We went to get our personal property and Debbie and Anisha (?) were very accommodating. Damian met us in the yard and assisted with accessing the vehicle and our personal property. Everyone we worked with made the whole process so easy. I want to give Damian a shout out as he was so friendly, going above and beyond helping us through the whole ordeal.”

“A year ago I was in an accident and called several places before finding Roger’s who was the only one with a shorter turnaround. After several weeks we found out from insurance that my car was totaled. So while no work was done, my experience in speaking with everyone was so good that when my husband’s car was hit by a deer (yes the deer ran into the side of his car!) I knew I would call them again. From the first phone call to the final pickup, we could not be more pleased with our experience with Roger’s Customs. The ladies we spoke with were always kind and very helpful. There was some waiting for insurance to approve certain things and they didn’t let that delay their progress. Everything was done very timely and the car repairs turned out perfectly. We hope to not need their services again but should we need car repairs again we will absolutely be back.”

“I had an issue with a car battery that I bought at this location a little over a year ago. I live in Delaware so I took my original receipt to my local Autozone. For whatever reason, they were unable to verify the warranty information linked to my Rewards account and said they couldn't replace the battery. I called the Elkton location (where I bought the battery) and although they also couldn't confirm the warranty was valid, told me to come to the store and they would replace it. When I arrived, they handled the return quickly and Will (Elkton location Manager) personally removed my old battery and installed the new one. A big thank you to Will and his team!!!”

“I can say I hadn’t planned to purchase a vehicle but ours was hit head on and totaled so I didn’t have a choice. It is so hard to find vehicles right now which is super frustrating but I really feel bad for the dealerships. I can’t imagine trying to function as normal as possible and struggle to have things to sell. I was very happy with Williams from beginning to end. Our salesman Randy went the extra mile to find me what I was looking for and I really appreciate it. I know it wasn’t easy.
