“The store manger I believe he was Spencer he was amazing ! And very helpful he went above and beyond ! I litteraly broke down outside the store with my van . Spencer. and I’m not sure if he was the district manger bald with glass really went out their way to get me back on the road ! I appreciate them a lot! My van has been running good ever since ! I’m glad I broke down there vs breaking down anywhere else ! Spencer even allowed me to changed my phone while I was broke down and only having a 3% and basically stranded that was really nice ! “One of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Worked with me the entire way and never pushed hard. I also asked to do everything online via email or text. (Other dealerships said they would do that to, then proceeded to call after I specifically asked them not to.) Bought a 18 Mustang Roush Jackhammer edition. Amazing car. “I went to the Elkton, MD location. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The work was done within one week, including the parts that had to be ordered. The truck looked like new. They cleaned it inside and out which was a surprise to me. The service was outstanding. Dawn who works the front desk was just amazing, she was kind, considerate, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. The gentleman, I don’t remember his name, I think he was the owner. If he wasn’t, he was the manager. He was great, very pleasant fair and honest. He didn’t push anything extra. I have much respect for him. These folks have a new customer. Anyone i’m associated with will hear about them!!”
