Never again. No communication. Does not put any effort into taxes or helping people get money back, write-offs, etc.

Would not recommend having your taxes done there. They throw in hidden fees after they file your taxes and won't show you your return until you paid them.

First time used tax accountant in long time. Had several life changes including sale of home and move to MD so thought I needed some help. Worst decision to go here for tax prep for 2014 (I was new to area) and resulted in me receiving letter from IRS a year later that my tax filing was incomplete - Accurate had the 1099S from me and should have known it required home sale reporting from my end. This has never happened to me before in the 30 years I have be doing my own taxes. Contacted Rachel who agreed to fix problem and then she sat on it for week without doing anything while IRS deadline approached. Never returned my calls. In frustration, I went back and took all paperwork back from Accurate and straightened it out with IRS on my own. What a WASTE and OVERCHARGED to boot. I would give zero stars if possible.
