The most rudest cashier she made the mistake when ringing up my three items and then called the cops and tried to accuse me of stealing when she was trying to steal from the EBT card which was proven the sale went through then while the cops were there she void out the sale called me every kind of filthy name made a bad call on trying to say I was stealing now legally I can sue and I was told never to come back but you don't have to worry about that I won't be back but you don't deserve to be in the public eye

Stupid for gas

I stopped for gas on three way to work in the morning. The gas pump went through three different prompts for things like logging into rewards and confirming other aspects of my fuel purchase. These prompts lagged the pump machine so bad and the button presses on the console were clearly not functioning or responsive. Then when I finally had gotten through four slow menus to just buy gas it got stuck on a “lift nozzle” screen and nothing I did would resolve that. I was never able to pump my gas and had to leave after five minutes of standing in the cold. Disappointing in reliability and ease of use. You just lost a consistent customer who passes your store on a daily basis to go to and from work. Service inside has been good in the past

When I worked there (was with the company for 11+ yrs.) We Strived on keeping the food fresh as possible & I was ALWAYS CLEANING SOMETHING, ALWAYS! NOT JUST STANDING AROUND ON MY DAMN PHONE! We didnt sell ppl. Nasty OLD DRIED FOOD. & MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT (knowingly) just let ppl. Sleep on the damn SIDEWALK RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE STORE! ??♀️ IT JUST LOOKING WAY TOO SHADY & JUST VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN WALKING UP IN THERE THESE DAYS! ??♀️ & that's pretty damn BAD when they're technically located rite across from the LOCAL POLICE STATION ? ya'll just sayin... ??♀️ S.M.H ?

I come to this location quite often as do my husband and children. Everyone is very helpful and friendly to us all. But I want to compliment 2 specific employees at this time. Andrew and bre. Bre is always there, and such a hardworking woman at her young age, She is very friendly and has great customer service skills. Andrew is a very funny and hardworking young man. He is always saying something that makes me laugh. He is down to help whenever and my children love him. I just think this location doesn't get the credit they deserve due to the location and past events. But a great team of people work here currently and just deserve some recognition.

I wish I could give 0 ?....This place hires an Assistant Manager, who does everything in this person's "POWER" to get someone fired for things this person attributed to. How do you fire an employee yet not fire the manager who is responsible for sabotaging the other's job ? ?♀️ I won't be shopping here anymore. MAKE SOME DANG COFFEE once in awhile

Worst 7 11 ever. They have people living right next to the store, weird people hanging out in front at all times of the day and God forbid you go by after it's dark smh. I'm surprised this is allowed to go on right next to a police station. I recommend the 7 11 on rt 40 instead.

I love this 711 because they always carry the 711 brand of ice cream that I love unlike the other 711 closer to my house so I always end up going to this 711 when I'm craving something sweet. The variety of 711 ice cream flavors is pretty big and they are pretty amazing. I definitely recommend coming here if you are looking for a quick snack or something to kill your sweet tooth craving!
