Soooper smooth move with U-Pack. I couldn't find a lower price for a long haul move, and customer service was helpful, kind, professional, and efficient. The trailer was picked up the morning after I called to say it was ready to go. Follow the packing instructions video and use those straps - you will be happy too!

My UPack experience was very good. They were half an hour late for my pick-up, but otherwise the process was smooth and the shipment arrived on-time. Would definitely use them for a future move.
