I came in close to opening for a tire rotation, oil change, and filter change. I was out within an hour and a half. I loved that there was no pressuring or upsell - and they were kind enough to tell me something I should look towards fixing at my next oil change so I can be prepared.
What I really liked about this place was that they knew just about everyone coming in the door. I heard "how was your vacation" or "how is your husband doing", etc as people came in and out. You don't see that at really any other auto shop I've been to. You want someone to do good work on your car, which they did, but it tipped it over the edge that I felt like I could come back and be a part of a community with people who care beyond just your money. “I came in for a quick oil change during my lunch break. I wasn’t expecting this amazing level of customer service! I was checked in quickly and although I didn’t know much about what type of oil change the car needed with it being a recent used purchase, the techs walked me through the options. I chose to sit in my car and the jams were jamming and refreshments were brought to my car.
The team here has a really great synergy so although I can do oil changes myself, I’ll definitely be coming back!
Also, the inspection of the belts, hoses, and fluids gave me peace of mind with it being a recent used purchase. Two services were needed that I don’t feel like doing myself, so I’ll be back! I also got a coupon for a car wash! ???”

“I was referred by a friend. I called on a Monday was told bring my vehicle in on Wednesday. I arrived 830am Wednesday morning. My car diagnosed by 11am Wednesday morning and repaired completely Thursday. I received a link and a follow-up phone call. Customer service was great and car maintenance was excellent. “I am new in town so I wanted to hear what was the common recommendation for local mechanics and Car Doc kept getting good reviews. I tried a shop on the military base since I work close to them but that was a disaster.
Stopped at Car Doc for a new vehicle inspection and as a result found a couple of issues (one was new to me and I knew about the other).
Car Doc took care of me, took care of my truck and was great to work with.
I will continue to take my truck here. Thanks Car Doc!”

I needed an oil top up and a check of the engine, brakes, etc. in preparation for a couple of long drives I have coming up. The senior mechanic and his team were courteous, timely and most of all efficient, whilst taking care of what the car needed and what would need to be addressed in the near future.

“McFadden's does great work at decent prices. My husband had gone there for years before we were married and convinced me to give them a try when I complained about my previous auto shop. Well the work was done on time, as promised, no fuss, and at a price that was fair. I have gone there ever since and that has been a few years now. James the owner is an all around good guy, knows his profession, and delivers excellent auto service to his customers. My vehicle is a Subaru and they keep it in good condition for me. I have even convinced a family member of mine to bring her car to them for service as well!”

“I have been a customer of Albright back when they were commercial tire. My dad and I would bring our vehicles here. I moved to California, and 10 years ago moved back to MD. I had leased cars for the last 6 years but recently bought our lease and took our Q7 for new tires. I received other estimates that were double what Albright quoted. I got Goodyear Run Flats and they’re great!
Went back a few weeks later to get an estimate on my front brakes and a few days later the parts were in. Larry, Nick and Shane know their stuff, are honest, and have a great handle on peak business times.
There will be a line out the door when they open, but if you stop by mid morning there is less of a wait.
Worth the drive for me, for honest and reliable service!”
