I used to work for this company called New Penn and it was a great environment. We all got along as a family and made sure we did our daily jobs. I just so happen to look on Google reviews today and saw that my name was mentioned in one of the reviews. The only name mentioned throughout all of the reviews and they gave me five stars. I really appreciate that Tonya. I will always be a pleasant person to anyone and make sure that I provide excellent costumer service.

What else do I expect from the truck driver other than delivering what I ordered a 4x8 acrylic glass from Home Depot? a driver said that I had to move my car and drop it there. I was so dumbfounded but I didn't want to argue with him so I would take responsibility for it so I told him that he could put it on the grass temporarily, but he refused, got angry, and ran away. He came alone, claiming that it was heavy and that he couldn't even put it outside the door. So, I rescheduled it again between 1:00 and 5:00 PM the next day, but another driver came at 10:30. he wanted me to help, of course, I can help him but he uses the F word because I m not able to control the hand truck well but I've never handled before this. And he kept complaining like a person with anger management disorder. what kind of people ???? I really don't understand at all. Originally, I was prepared to give him a $20 tip, but I really didn't want to give even a single cent. Instead, I'm writing a review for other customers. These people are bullies beyond common sense

The only reason I'm giving 1 star, is because leaving "0" stars wasn't an option for a Google review.New Penn called to make an appointment to deliver my parcel between 1:00-5:00pm on January 4, 2022. I waited home all afternoon for my delivery and nobody showed up. I didn't even get a phone call saying that they weren't coming. I then spent 90 minutes on the phone getting bounced around between customer service and being placed on hold. Finally I talked to Jeff Stahl who is a Customer Service Manager. He said he would get it worked out and call me the next morning. Well, just like my shipment the day before....I never heard from Jeff. I sent him an e-mail and didn't get a response. I sent him another e-mail to see if he got the first e-mail and then I finally got a lame response. When I questioned him again though e-mail....you guessed it....I never got a response. So, if you're looking for a "NO CALL - NO SHOW" with your scheduled appointment, and a Customer Service Manager that's NOT very helpful - New Penn might be the place you want to deal with.

Supposed to get a delivery today 1-5pm. No one showed and no one called to let me know. Wasted a whole day. Will call tomorrow and see what happens but from other reviews this seems to be the norm for this company.

I had a refrigerator delivered today by this company, The delivery was great the customer service was the best! The workers were very friendly, kind, and helpful. One of the delivery drivers name was Byron, I wanted to make sure to leave a review because of how nice he was! Thank you so much, highly recommend this company!

They were the last mile delivery. They dropped the delivery at the end of our driveway and later we found that half the shipment was damaged. Called and complained but they didn't want to take any responsibility and told me to call the shipper and file an insurance claim.Driver didn't want to come up our driveway even thought UPS, Amazon, Fed ex and every other shipping company and driver has no problem but this company doesn't seem to care.

Hands down the most incompetent delivery service I've EVER encountered. Waiting on a package that they've had in their possession for a solid week per their own tracking information, only to find out that they've LOST the package and have to search the dock for it. Why schedule me for a delivery if you can't even find the damn package? No one even contacted me to say, " Hey, by the way, we've lost your item so we need to reschedule your delivery". Completely unprofessional. They are THE WORST !!

We made a purchase through Home Depot, which was delivered by New Penn. When we received a call to schedule, I provided directions to our home and inform them we lived on the second floor. I never received any indication that they would not deliver to the second floor. We had to then figure out a way to bring a 150 poun dvanity up a flight of stairs. If we had been given some notice, we could have prepared, instead we were left scrambling so the vanity would not sit out overnight.

If I can give 0 stars, I would. The people working in the office are miserable. They do not know or understand the meaning of customer service. They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in or try to help you out. The people loading the pieces for you are amazing though. It just sucks to have to rate the entire company like this due to the people in the office.

We have experienced terrible customer service from this company. We specifically chose a certain type of delivery service due the special needs of our organization. The delivery was not handled as agreed upon, and the only response I have received from the company is to be transferred through multiple employees until I finally received a sarcastic, "What do you want us to do about it" response. Our issues are primarily with the Baltimore Depot. I am not sure if these problem are company-wide or not, but we will never use them again and will decorate others from using them

Truck #3527 rolling down the road doing at least 50 mph in a 35 mph zone. Absolutely no turn signals being used. How can someone drive a commercial vehicle, especially one at this size and not even care to use caution?

Terrible customer service. I was supposed to receive a reach in refrigerator for my business on Wednesday, It didn’t arrive. The next day I called and they told me it was scheduled for Friday. Why not Thursday I asked... blah blah blah. Friday afternoon I receive a call that it won’t be delivered again. Terrible customer service. Terrible company. Unfortunately I wasn’t given the option to chose the shipping company.
I’m being told it will be delivered next week. Not feeling too confident.
