After waiting four hours for roadside assistance, I took matter to in my own hand. I called a Local company and Larry was there in 20 minutes thank you guys. Great customer service.

Tow driver knew what he was doing and was very kind also. Was about $165 for 15 ish mile tow to the bmw dealer. Not bad.
