Extremely confusing Location tucked away in what appears to be a residential neighborhood. After circling the block, trying to find it for 15 minutes, I walked in at 3:46 pm to be turned away by a rude woman telling me she doesn’t take patients after 3:45 pm.

If I could give 0 I would. They are rude and disrespectful. I will never go to this location again. This is customer service and if you can’t deliver that at the highest quality for patients quit. So unpleasant

Appointment at 11:15 for a blood draw. 40 min later, I am still sitting here in the secondary waiting room. Their intake system seems absurdly inefficient, probably due to understaffing. They allow 30 min of people accumulate in the waiting room. Then they start checking them in to the second waiting room, one by one, not moving anyone forward to the actual procedure. Totally absurd. This location used to be reasonably good. But this will be my last visit here.

Had a confirmed appointment, which was on the waiting area TV monitor, however the front desk kept claiming they didn't see any appointments, only walk-ins. We waited while several walk-ins were called back including those that came in after us.

Low staff, the reception also draws blood which i don't think is hygienic, waited over 30 minutes to be seen, when first walked in there was no one at front desk for a while. But the worst is that 3 techs could not complete my order to draw blood! Incompetent. African lady, a guy and Laura. Left me in pain and bruised
African lady was rude tge other 2 were nice and tried their best.
I had blood work sone here before but that tech not here. Never experienced this at any other Labcorp! I have small veins and was overly hydrated so blood will flow. Now have to go to set up another apologies to complete order. This is unacceptable and I will NEVER come to this location again. I should have went to another location that never had an experience with drawing blood just it is a little further out. I will rather go further out then deal with staff who don't have the right technique. I left bruised on both arms , sore and extremely hungry since I had to fast. Horrible experience that I will tell others

Fantastic location. Two wonderful women were running the show when I was in here around 12:30 today, both were excellent and professional. Denise, who took my blood- a near impossible task- was absolutely amazing. She was gentle and effective and quick despite me being a a tough stick. I go to this location annually because they are the best for bloodwork.

Waited 30mins today for an appointment. Eventually left as I had other appointments to attend. No receptionist to be seen but the computer was unattended/unlocked. Seems like a security violation? This hasn’t been my first awful experience with this location. Going to another location tomorrow in Elkridge where I’ve always had good experiences.

I have had bad experiences with incompetent technicians who stuck me and dug the needle around below the skin. I've been left with significant bruising and subdermal bleeding. So now I have a speech prepared before I am touched. I advise the phlebotomist that I can be a "difficult stick", and therefore need an expert. If they can't get it on the first try, I'm leaving. JANEL, my phlebotomist this time was very understanding of my anxiety. She has a wonderful chair-side manor. She exhibited great care, skill and composure which put me at ease. I will return to this location and request her in the future.

I've been coming here quite often.Staff here are really nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars because the 2 check in machines here most of the times can't scan ID and I have to enter info manually again, it's frustrating.

I’ve been coming here for 5 years and every time I have a wonderful experience. Today I walked in, I was seen right away, and Susan greeted me with a cheerful smile. She successfully stuck my (notoriously difficult) vein on the first try. We chatted and laughed because I jinxed them and said I was surprised it wasn’t busy, then 4 people walked in. My visit took less than 5 minutes. In the past even when there was many people I have never had a long wait. All of the staff is proficient in both the computer admin responsibilities and also phlebotomist side of the job. They’re doing two jobs at once in a high paced customer facing environment. Thank you to all of the staff for providing a wonderful service. Also, if you’re coming for a blood draw remember to chug water or Gatorade an hour before the appointment so your veins are better.
