This was a great experience! We got a flat and couldn’t make it the couple hours home. We stopped here with no appointment, they were very busy but got us in very quickly! Definitely a great experience!

I've frequented this location for tires more than once and always had a pleasant experience. However, I now know through the dealership I get my oil changed at, that the lug nuts for one of my tires was over-torqued at this establishment causing the lug nut to break in half which resulted in my needing a new lug nut at the dealership.
When I called J.M. Tire explaining the situation, the employee on the phone said the dealership was "just trying to take my money" and that "my tires didn't even need to be rotated yet" (which was besides the point as this employee has no idea how much I drive for work). He was condescending and rude to me and the female advisor I was working with at the dealership.
Instead of accepting responsibility for their mistake, the employee at J.M. Tire told me they would fix it for free as long as I drove my car back to them -- I responded that I didn't feel comfortable driving my vehicle with a lug nut missing as I know it's dangerous to do that (and the dealership didn't recommend I leave with it missing either). I was also on a time crunch and didn't have time to drive from Annapolis to Elkridge which I also mentioned. The employee then said "my car would be fine for the whole weekend" and I could bring it in whenever....
I was not only appalled at the employee's rudeness on the phone but also suggesting that I put myself in a dangerous situation all because they didn't want to admit they messed up nor did they want to reimburse me for the cost of replacing the new lug nut at the dealership. I will not be returning to this location and will make sure I let others know about my experience.

I found a nail in one of my tires on a Sunday afternoon, and I went to JM Tire to see if they could fit me in their schedule. I was in and out in 15 minutes, and the cost was minimal. Thanks!

Tires aren’t safety regulated. They just sell tires without confirming this. PepBoys confirmed my rear tires were not safety regulated for my vehicle. This company will push their brand knowing it is not suitable for all of vehicles.
If you care about your safety and the safety of others, stay away from this place. I should have known when the prices kept changing not to trust this place.

It was my first time visiting this shop to fix my tires. They were nice enough and the sevice was fast. I know it was Sunday early morning and I showed up without an appointment, but they took care of it right away.

I went in this morning to fix a leak in one of my car tires and they were really professional and quick. I was on my way in 20 min or so with a patch on the tire.
I would highly recommend this place for your tire needs.
