I went there the other day and had a specific request, he knew everything about my car inside and out by just saying the problem. Danny was very pleasant he explained everything wrong with my vehicle I went a Saturday which was a little busy but he got me in quick took care of my vehicle and the price was affordable than other places I checked and I am very happy with my service I don’t have to worry about mechanical problems with my car again and being ripped off either Danny is up front and truthful

----Co-Owner, Mr. Dany Thongsy has taken care of my Mercedes sports car for over 3-years, providing me with thoughtful and expert service for everything we've encountered during that time.Generally, we've only had to perform regular maintenance but have encountered a couple of predictable challenges (e.g., AC, etc.), and Dany has always accurately identified the issue(s) and provided a high quality, reasonably expensed solution for me.Love this Shop and Mechanic!For those Mercedes owners afraid to venture away from Dealer Service departments, I offer a recommendation.Periodic service appointments are easy to do and Image Auto will beat the Dealer costs for those hands-down. If/when the Dealer Service execs diagnose an unexpected or expensive problem, thank them for that alert and visit Image auto for a repair estimate of that problem.You'll be impressed!

The Benz dealership in Catonsville (Koons) completely destroyed my vehicle. Over 30 visits back and forth just for them to almost ruin my car. I came to Image Auto, he knew the service manager at Koons and assured me that I would see results. For the first time in almost 2 years the convertible top is working. I almost cried tears of joy!!!
