Nijila cut my hair today. She did really good job. I had grown my hair long and wanted to go short again. I like my hair cut and compliment from husband too.Only I do not understand why she charged me $5 for shampoo? She did not shampoo my hair.Service: Haircut

We’re regular customers at great clips and have had great experience. Today Bonnie was my son’s stylist. She literally scraped my son’s scalp, looked like a buzz cut, uneven spots of shaved scalp. And we have a wedding to attend.

Point of reservation is to hold the spot. I don’t think, the staff here knows that. When I walked in, I was the first on the list with no one else checked in.

Website said 13 minute wait time. Got to shop 10 minutes later to 80 minute wait time. Next time I'll make appointment for sure.

My brother went in for a haircut and presented a coupon, which they said they accepted. When he went to go pay they didn’t apply it and when he realized he went back in almost immediately to ask for the credit and they refused and said that it had to be applied at the time of service. He literally presented it at the time and they forgot to apply it. Couldn’t refund it and apply it or give a credit. Ridiculous customer service. Wouldn’t recommend

I moved to Maryland 9 months ago and assumed I could continue going to my nearest Great Clips for my stock-and-standard haircut.Little did I know that I was in for a miserable experience each time that would involve being physically injured every haircut!With Bonnie as my hairstylist, she has done the following:-Cut open my ear (Visit #1)-Used the clippers so hard against my neck it drew blood and took days of aloe to heal. Then saying it was no big deal! (Visit #2)-Poked me in the eye with her finger! (Visit #3)I'm a believer in second chances, but this is unreasonable. Do yourself a favor and avoid having Bonnie cut your hair... or anything else!Service: Haircut

Been there a handful of times. Always good service. The stylists there are pretty chill and do a good job of making me look less like a hobo and more like a regular guy.
