Had a great experience here! Even though they could not fix the screen on my laptop because I did not buy it from best buy and they didn’t even have the parts, they still helped me make my user experience better by assisting in anyway they could with no charge. Extremely nice staff here!

I brought a computer in and it needed a new screen. They had to send it out, but they kept me informed. Iy now performs like a new computer.

I went into the store. REP WAS Very helpful with moving video storage to sd card. Plus He was so fine.
