this place used to be great and friendly and was the only pharmacy my family went too, now the service is trash, they are rude, lie and disrespectful. they constantly don’t have any meds, they lie to you about your meds and when you dropped a prescription off. whoever took over is horrible and i don’t see this pharmacy staying in business for much longer. if you want your prescriptions in a timely manner or a pharmacy they actually has it in stock, take your business elsewhere because you won’t get your meds here!

If I could give minus stars I would. A prescription was called in on Wednesday June 31 2023 called them Thursday July 1 2023. They said they got it but could not fill it till Saturday July 1 2023. OK well it's allowed to be filled 2 days early but whatever I will wait till Saturday. We'll Saturday comes and now they didn't fill it and said they cant and they cant order it. Isn't that something the pharmacy should have taken care of if they knew they couldn't fill it, call the Dr back call me? This pharmacy has went down hill since thier last robbery, changed all the good friendly staff with a bunch of uncaring staff. I would advise anyone thinking of going there, don't go find another pharmacy because they will eventually screw you over and not give a damn. They absolutely SUCK

Feldmans is a wonderful pharmacy, it has way more medical supplies than most top rated pharmacies but with a more mom and pop type feel. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and you don’t have to wait for hours just to get your medication!

I have been going to this Pharmacy for over 10 years. I stayed with them because everyone that worked there was so wonderful at their job and genuinely kind caring people. Recently most of the people that worked there when I started coming have left. There is no longer a kind and familiar voice on the phone when I call, instead I'm spoken to disrespectfully, rudely and shortly with no consideration for the fact that without these meds I will be in the hospital . I couldn't even get my insulin filled because they were out of it. Insulin? they've been out of four of my medicines in the last 2 weeks. This has never ever been an issue there. This is beyond disappointing. Don't get me wrong some of the new people are wonderful ,great ,a perfect fit for this place,some are not. Unfortunately the few that are not are ruining the whole place. I would advise to look elsewhere if you really depend upon picking up your meds in a timely fashion and in the quantities that you're supposed to get. The two stars are for the people who are still trying to treat customers as human beings.

Staff are good people never had a problem picked up a prescription walked outside opened the bag looked at it not right Don't leave until you check it I had 5 missing don't leave until you check

This used to be the best pharmacy, been using them for over 10 years. Changed owners and the only pharmacist that knew what she was doing left and it all feel apart. Never calls if there are problems or if you meds are ready. Waits days to tell you about having to contact Doctor adding more time to wait for needed medications. Have had to go up to 5 days without meds. If I could give this place no starts... I would.

This pharmacy is severely lacking in customer service and their practices are dating back to the 80s at best. They don't even have the ability to call in your prescription or refill after hours! And, they ask for a "good" phone number every time you call-in your refill or prescription, but then they NEVER call you when it's ready or, even worse, if there's a problem getting it filled. What good does that do? I understand that they can't call everyone every time a prescription is ready, but then please don't say that you will.

Great pharmacists and other personnel. I know one of the pharmacists since the 1980s. It's the only pharmacy that you can wait for your prescription and it will be filled in 15 minutes!! I wouldn't go any place else, especially if you have insurance the price doesn't matter.
