Great place to stay, I loved it!
My husband always stays here, but this time I stayed with him and it was absolutely amazing. The front desk Oreo was very patient and helpful something that you definitely need when you’re old. The place was clean and well maintained.

I just want to take the time to say thank you to all the staff at this location. This place was great, the rooms are huge and super clean, the front desk was outstanding, costumer service overall is fantastic. They also have an indoor pool which is definitely a plus. Breakfast was also great.

I stayed at this location couple of weeks ago with some friends and we had a really good time, the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was great, the room was spacious and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Nestled in the heart of the city, the hotel room provided a comfortable stay for my recent trip. The room boasted a modern and inviting ambiance, with tasteful decor and furnishings that exuded elegance. The bed was exceptionally cozy, offering a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city.
One highlight of the room was its cleanliness and attention to detail. Housekeeping maintained impeccable standards, ensuring that every corner was spotless throughout my stay. The bathroom, although compact, was well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, and the shower provided a refreshing experience.
While the room itself was lovely, there were a few minor areas that could be improved. The Wi-Fi connection was somewhat inconsistent at times, which made it challenging to stay connected. Additionally, the noise from the nearby street could be heard faintly, disrupting the tranquility of the room.
However, these minor inconveniences did not detract significantly from the overall experience. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. Overall, my stay in this hotel room was enjoyable, offering a comfortable retreat in the midst of the bustling city.

Cozy and friendly, but LOUD!!! Poor acoustics.. you don't just hear footsteps, etc., but anyone above or next to you showering..
the pipes whine and screech endlessly in the middle of the night. Otherwise good room layout, quiet location, relaxed... seems really sweet, but if you can't sleep it doesn't matter.

Staff was super friendly & welcomed us also the rooms were great! I don't know what the fuss is about ; we loved staying here , definitely recommending !! Breakfast was great especially for the kids

My room was very clean smelled wonderful. Also, the room was very large or larger than most hotel rooms. The staff was very helpful with the area they did offer breakfast. It was really good. I will definitely be staying again very soon.

Great place to stay, friendly staff.
Rooms: Rooms are very spacious and clean!
Nearby activities: Nice restaurants and places to visit around. The front desk gave me a whole list of all of them!
Safety: Safe place, door are locked for security but you can easily open them with your room key!

The room is large, that's about the only positive thing to say about this hotel. The room was filthy! We generally wipe down hotel rooms with wipes to sanitize things ourselves. The white wipes turned black. The floor around the toilet, the countertop by the sink, the dresser, & night stands were all filthy. It was grimey caked on dirt. You can tell that the room hasn't been cleaned in months or longer. The manager was argumentative & dismissive. He said that they recently stained the furniture & that the wipes were pulling up the stain. The furniture is a cherry red, not black, the furniture is also shiny, like laminate, so you can not stain that type of furniture. We checked in close to 10pm after a long drive otherwise we would have demanded a refund & went across the street to the Holiday Inn.

This room was so disgusting and filthy I could not sleep at all. We checked in late at night after my son visiting a college in North Carolina. I always lightly wipe down furniture before putting out personal belongings. This room had like inches of filthy slime. It had not been wiped down in months. The bathroom toilet had all filthy brown around bottom. A complete horror show. It is cleaner now after me staying there there than it has been in months. I was not happy with the manager on duty. He was completely dismissive and did not take seriously. I will be contacting corporate office. We are choice rewards members so we thought it would be decent standards. I did not care it was completely outdated from 1970!s. I only care about cleanliness. I have pictures to post that will be following. I only want to warn innocent travelers like us to Beware! Keep driving! This place is disgusting!

Staff was very friendly ! Quick check-in , quiet area and the room was very clean .
Nearby activities: We went to the aquarium , walked along harbor !! Very pleasant
Walkability: You can walk to this spanish food restaurant , gas station among other restaurants and amenities near (royal farms , cvs….ect)
Food & drinks: They have a small marketplace full of snacks on site which is very helpful if you have kids
