Terrible service. I paid my bill early in the week only to go and find a lock on my unit after I took off work, got help, and rented a truck.

Daysi went above and beyond for us. We are a Family that’s moving from North Carolina to the area, we couldn’t get our keys in our apartment in time and we didn’t have anywhere to leave our uhaul. Store here is the only storage unit that didn’t give us a hard time. She took care of us and we didn’t have to worry about our stuff. My family and I are grateful for Daysi.

The customer service agent (Daisy) at the facility is Wonderful. She is a Conscientious, knowledgeable, and helpful people person. Her polite and helpful demeanor shows her good work ethic.The facility itself, has is fairly priced to be competitive. Although the facility is fairly hidden, it is easy enough to find. The units are adequate enough for what it's needed for. . .storage. Keep in mind that what you store and how you store it, could prevent or allow for rodent intrusion.The security at the facility is also adequate, considering the area is not residential spacing. I've been renting my unit approximately 6 years and have yet to have a problem.

I considered changing my 1-star rating with the response I received late yesterday to be of sincere heart, as of this date Monday 17th of October at 7:30 PM I have not heard from anyone from your customer service or corporate office to find some resolution, and re rectifying the situation for Barbara Brill (85-year-old woman presently at Howard County General Hospital in the ICU) This complaint I posted was due to the neglectful, disrespectful and insincerity of am "I don't care attitude: due to a mistake from Dasyi. On Friday, October 14th, Daysi (mgr) was happy to take Barb's $99 for the month and credit it to her for November but let's be honest Barb may not make it what justification is there for her? By this managers mistake with regards to special and her forgetting about the special during the transaction, refusal to correct her mistake and instead okay with this effecting this 85 year old is not advantageous to the customer and client experience and/or those advocating for her. This transaction should have been effective immediately corrected. I received a message and anticipated a call from corporate or customer service today I have received nothing. I thought the note received was genuinely eager to rectify the situation with regards to Daysi MGR, enviably I was disheartened and will have to escalate it on my own. They are the cheapest storage place around and the manager alway's gives me a call when my rent is due so I don't have to pay a late payment!!

Good rates for the units. Staff is helpful and available if you have any questions about anything. Units are clean and the security of the facility is good, as far as your items being safe.

The rates are way too high for how terrible the storage facility is. The units are rat infested. You cannot store your items here if you do not want to lose them. Even if you get the insurance there is a 100% chance you will have to make a claim. My items became a rat hotel, covered in fecal matter urine and who knows what else. When I told the front desk about it she just blew me off and said I should have got insurance. Like Who expects rats to chew through a ceiling coating all your belongings in drywall p*** and pee. Ridiculous.
