My sons school for what ever reason decided to switch from lifetouch, & used classic photography. Boy am I disappointed. Pictures have been ordered & paid for….no pictures. Contacted customer service, said they’ll resend them. Welp. Month later. No pictures. Will not EVER order from them again.

Overpriced school photos. I'm still waiting on the rest of my order. Excuse is that they are in the mail. How long does that story work? I only bought the photos so my kids would be in the yearbook. I wish the school had a different company to work with.

This is bizarre. Waiting over a month to get my son’s pictures that were re-printed due to originals not making it home. Called numerous times and they said they were shipped out a week ago. And yet still haven’t been received.

Very pricy with bad quality of photos. I really do not understand why MCPS has chosen this company to take school photos.. I really want MCPS to revisit and consider again for next school year photo company.

Loved working with Classic! They helped me custom build my wedding package and picking a local photographer was super easy. Can't rave enough about Kelly and Damien and the DJ Ryan. Got our photos back rather quickly and I am super happy with them.

Last week everyone in my sons 5th grade class received their pictures. They sent him home with a form say order before a certain date. Well he was given a envelope with cash in it on picture day. Handed the envelope to an African American man with curly hair and his teeth messed up in the front.(My sons description of the photographer). Do not send cash. They have a thief working for them. I argued with them for 3days. They finally agreed to send me my money back. Their customer service sucks.

@classicphotographers_ is a scam...I signed up for a drawing they did. I came in second and was offered a great promo...tried to use promo and they refused to honor it....Lucky couples beware

Terrible services and over priced. They add extra charges for shipping that are way too high. Also, their payment page says extra charge for credit card. What other bloody options you are allowing to avoid charges.? Will pass this feedback to schools. They should not allow such companies.

My child's school uses this company and it's absolutely horrible! The last 4 pictures she had were so bad I won't even share them. I will never ever waste my money on picture day again.This latest pic... omg. I dressed her in a cute outfit but they let her keep her winter coa on! And it was covered in wood chips from playing at recess. I'm so upset. The others were bad but this was the worst!!! I don't understand why the school won't use lifetouch.

Terrible customer service. My wife ordered the wrong package and didn't get a digital photo which is the most important of all the pictures to receive. They were unable to assist and accommodate or even offer us a discount to purchase the digital photo. We will no longer participate in any school photos and will be going to be going to reputable photographers. There are much better places to spend your hard earned money.

Truly horrific customer service here. I accidentally ordered the basic package for $34 assuming that all of the packages came with a digital copy. When I reached out just trying to get the digital image, I was told by Blair that the order had been processed and they were "no longer able to upgrade or change the order in any way." Blair then indicated that we would have to pay another $33 to purchase the digital copy when it would only have been a $5 price difference from what we ordered. Just really poor business practice. Please stop gouging parents and do what's right. I would have given zero stars here if that was an option.

This has been the worst service I have ever had...first pictures were taken after she smiled the second go around the background was wrong. No other pictures to choose from. Never can get in touch with any one. I will not use them again!

Last year I received someone else's digital image. It was not my child and they never sent me my pictures. I had to call weeks and weeks later I finally received them.This year, I was told pictures were sent to the school it has been 7 weeks and I still don't have them. They were never sent. Supposedly they are mailing them to me. We shall see if we ever get them.The customer service is terrible. I will not be ordering any more pictures. Absolutely disheartening.

Horrible Customer Service and Pictures are not that great for the $$$If I could give negative stars, I would in this case. I asked if they could look up my child's last year and I got this response below.Why, are the photos going to appear in January?
