“You know when you do something that you would NEVER normally do? Yep, that was me with my trusty Red Rav. I was kicking myself. So I called CACC the same day and Eddie said bring it over! He picked up right away what NEEDED to be fixed and kept the car. But not until he loaded me up with his delicious chocolate (which I have quite a fondness for). His guys fixed up the car - it looks gorgeous and ... (Eddie gave me some more chocolate - sorry Eddie, now everyone is going to want your chocolate even tho I know it was only meant for me). Btw, Eddie has done work for us before so we knew what a great job they do. Plus, Eddie is just the sweetest person ever. He makes you feel better after you break your car. Thank you Eddie! “Joel is the only guy in md i use to tint all of my vehicles. Good & fair ppl & to be honest on the lower end when it comes to prices. Personally never had an issue worth coming back for but i know they honor their work & products . Its a little drive for me but its worth not gambling on if ur gna have bubbles or if its gna fade & turn purple. Ill add a cpl pics of my two current vehicles. When i get home today for reference. But yeah ill go back & i recommend them based on my experience's.”

“I have taken my 2 Honda CRVs to the Ellicott City location in MD on a few occasions. Each time I've been here the staff has been professional and courteous. I've always been happy with how my car looks after each repair. After one repair, I noticed there was an issue with a piece of molding. I took the car back and they fixed it within the hour. Couldn't be more pleased with this place.”
“Found my front passenger window smashed at 8:30am, and by 1:30pm, I had a new window in, thanks to Best Price Auto Glass. When I called my insurance, they gave me a quote from Safelite, which was $264 + $25 for mobile service, except they couldn't get me in that day, and I'd have to drive out to Rosedale (from Federal Hill or Bolton Hill, Baltimore) if I wanted it done that day. A quote from a mechanic was $330 + for the window alone, installation. Then I called Best Price Auto Glass, and was told they could do it for $169, with free mobile service, and it could be done that day. A technician arrived within a couple hours, was polite and professional, and finished within thirty minutes. I also appreciate that he made sure I had a look at his work and was satisfied before I paid, seeing as I screaming baby on my hip, and dog going berserk at the moment, I may have been distracted to actually forget to check.Hopefully my car won't be broken into again, but this is Baltimore, and if it happens again, I know I'll be calling Best Price Auto Glass, as well as, recommending them to friends and family.”

“I called the office to make an appointment and the woman who answered the phone was polite and professional, helped me choose the more affordable option for me. Their mobile service is complimentary, which is GREAT!. The day of my service I called to make a last minute switch due to the rainy weather, I asked if it could be done at a parking garage near my house and they did just that!. I was also able to reach the technician, Troy, to confirm with him and he called me when he was 25 mins away. Less then an hour later I was headed home with a new windshield. I’m very happy and satisfied with the work done and the professionalism of everyone I spoke with. Thank you!”
“After seeing the 4.0 rating and the great quote on the windshield replacement I received over the phone, I decided to give the business a chance.I was a little bit skeptical when I got to the place as it is a “hole in the wall” and the waiting room seems really run down. Some of the reviews are correct that the shop area is a little dirty, but if you want a quick service done well, go here! Keep in mind that it is a family owned and operated business.They don’t price gouge their customers, I paid $225 for a windshield replacement (+5 credit card fee), and the other more well-known companies quoted me $380-$600. They were fast (45 mins), and they also vacuumed my carpet, floor mats, and seats.Will definitely take it here again! :)”

“If you have tire or brake problems, Maryland Tire Depot is the best place to get them fixed. I have the best experience dealing with the staff there. The tires and and brakes that I purchased were premium and were quite affordable. Where everywhere else tries to exploit people for profit, MTD deals with customers fairly. I couldn’t be more pleased having my tire and brake problems fixed.”

“I am so very thankful that I selected this location to take care of my bodywork or my Honda CRV. The staff was exceptional when it come to trying to accommodate a person‘s needs. My car is equipped with Mobility equipment that I need to get around so renting a car was really not an option for me and I explained to them that I desperately needed my car back for a doctors appointment that I had no way to get to there.
