I stood there for 20 minutes waiting to see someone and no one greeted me or said a word. Once the one worker was finally done with a customer, he left and stayed in the back room. I finally decided to go in line to talk to a teller only for them to say that they do not opening credit card accounts in person. Waste of my time.

DO NOT USE CAPITAL ONE. I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER SINCE 2006. TODAY (11/03/2024), I CANCELLED BOTH CARDS (VENTURE AND REGULAR CAPITAL ONE CARDS) BECAUSE THEY CHARGED INTEREST ON PAYMENTS THAT WERE PAID IN FULL AND EARLY/BEFORE THE DUE DATE AFTER CALLING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GETTING A BS EXCUSE FOR WHY THEY WAITED 3 DAYS TO PULL OUT THE FUNDS. THEY DON'T WORK TO DISPUTE FRAUDULENT CHARGES. THEY WILL REMOVE THE CHARGE ONE MONTH THEN ADD IT BACK ON THREE MONTHS LATER WHEN THEY THINK YOU'VE FORGOTTEN. ALSO THEY DON'T HAVE LOUNGES IN ANY OF IMPORTANT AIRPORTS. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. GO WITH AMEX OR DISCOVER.

2024: (have not visited branches) CapitalOne customer services is no longer friendly and became biosed and hard to talk with, after new branches opened around town. I closed my card with them after 25+ years.

I personally love this branch. I think what alot of people fail to realize is that Capital One is an online bank, the branches are limited to what they can help you with. The staff at this branch are so friendly with me. We laugh and they are so welcoming to my children when they come in with me. This is literally the only branch that I go to in this area. Love it! I come here so much they recognize me now. Thank you all for always being so kind and respectful. It really goes a long way in this crazy world!!!

It was the worst customer service at this location by the greeter. I went there as i had some questions to transfer my accounts from different bank. Without any acknowledgement, she told me to check everything online. I have already checked everything online but I still had some questions so i wanted to talk to the human before I transfer my funds and accounts. She was keep on asking me to go online and check. If you want to do everything online, why are you keeping physical locations with rude staff? That girl definitely need to be replaced.

These days, most of my transactions are online, but in the last few days, I had come into the bank because of the type of transactions I was making. The Tellers here are polite and willing to help. No complaints from me.
