Arrived at 7:30 am
Lady in the guardshack smoked a cigarette outside talked to people for 20 minutes and then got coffee for herself. After 30 minutes after I arrived she got my paperwork/ bol to tell me I need to wait because they are in a meeting and my delivery appointment is 8 am. She kept talking to herself
checking and unloading total over 4 hours

Unloading was fast ,in and out in 30 minutes, but GotDamnnnnnnn the old security guard woman is next level angry bird , RUDE behavior and screaming at drivers , telling me turn off your truck while it's 20°cold outside. while she is sitting in her cabin and enjoying the heat and coffee in the morning ??.

Security personnel is very unprofessional but got unloaded in 2 Hrs.. limited parking out side the warehouse and you can check in after 4am and very important need delivery # to check in.

The lady at the reception seems to arrive angry, check in in 10 minutes and assign the door later. If you have an appointment at 3am, they will assist you until 4:30, there is a shift change, between 4:45am, but I have been there for 4 and a half hours and they are barely unloading.

The attention from the security staff is bad, the big lady they serve is very GROTESQUE, I had my appointment for 08-21-23 and I wanted to get it on the 23rd, in addition to that if your appointment says it is in early morning hours, better wait until 5 am because here before that time no one works. They should be friendlier to drivers, since without us they would not have their merchandise in the warehouses.The attention is bad on the part of the security personnel, the big lady that they attend is very GROTESCA, I had my appointment for 08-21-23 and I wanted to place it for the 23rd, in addition to that if your appointment says that it is in the early morning schedule, better wait for 5 am because nobody works here before that time. They should be more friendly with the drivers, since without us they would not have their merchandise in the warehouses.

Rude guard check......Will never deliver to here again.. my appointment today they said after 2 days .and we couldn't get hold with the receiver office yet ..over 6 hours..horrible warehouse ever....

Check in takes at least 30-45 minutes. Need to improve that, unload was quick
