William was able to get me an appointment right away and my car was serviced the same day. David and Marco did a great job, they fixed my car and also put air in my tires! I’d definitely recommend this place.

I am forced to write this review again because my previous one was deleted, but it needs to be said. My experience with the Elkridge AA group has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Despite being charged $1,000, the original issue with my car—a persistent check engine light—remains unresolved.
Hoping to give them another chance, I returned to address the problem, only to be met with more disappointment. I arrived after work and was told they couldn’t fit me in that day, which I understood. However, when I scheduled an appointment for the following day, the manager set it for the wrong time, leaving me unable to make it. Once again, I was left with no resolution and the same lingering issue.
To make matters worse, since they “fixed” my car, it has been making strange noises that weren’t there before. Now, not only is my check engine light still on, but I’m dealing with a new issue that I didn’t have prior to their work.
I highly advise anyone considering this business to look elsewhere. After two attempts, I’m still stuck with a malfunctioning car, strange new noises, and nothing to show for the money and time wasted. Avoid Elkridge AA if you’re looking for reliable service and competent management.

My coolant level was showing low on my dashboard then I called them right away, they took my car on the lift 30 min later they diagnosed it throughly and checked everything very well. They did not find anything wrong and did not charge me for the diagnostic fee at all. Very honest shop and I highly recommend these guys to everyone! Since then I didn’t have an issue with my coolant level they did the magic! : D

Bait & Switch Tactics, Terrible communication and Shady business.
We brought my car in to find the reason why my check engine light is on. I wanted to also use my warranty because I knew it covered a lot of major & minor issues that could potentially go wrong. They said they would run a diagnostic early Friday morning and call me or my partner back to let us know the issues, (car was brought in on Thursday).
Never received a phone call, so I thought they hadn't gotten to the car yet.
Saturday, I get a call that the car is ‘ready for pick up’ & the check engine light was ‘off’
IMAGINE my confusion when I got the call that my car was ready and I didn't even know what was wrong with my car to begin with.
Come to find out they did the diagnostic& multiple repairs without my knowledge, which weren't covered on my warranty. So we had to pay out of pocket & check THIS!
AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS STILL ON!!!
William, the service manager, was completely at fault for the lack of communication and lack of accountability.
Professionalism went out the window when he kept referencing the type of plan I had calling it ‘limited’ which at first I didn't take offense but he constantly kept saying it to try and cover-up his mishap.

Truly amazed by the serious nature and hardwork from this business. They really understand the urgency in getting your car back on the road! I recommend them to anyone needing their car looked at for repairs :)

Ahmed, Ali, and Mr. Waqar are like family. They ALWAYS take great care of my vehicles! I recently had someone back into my truck, and they buffed it free of charge and got 90% of the scratches out. That's not even their specialty, but they always take care of me!

Highly recommended I went in for an alignment as well as my tires balanced and Rotors.The customer service was great and the work was done in a timely fashion and The mechanic are really great.I will be going be back.

Amazing Service ! They go above and beyond for their customers. my car would not start, I called for roadside assistance, they were no help. I called Acceleration Automotive and the problem was solved right away. I could not be more grateful for them !
