It's 7-Eleven and they are never great but this one was mediocre at best. Fresh fruit was not-so-fresh and they charge .05 cents for plastic bags but don't tell you this. Not the end of the world, but had I known I would have not gotten a bag. Depressing place to work and shop.

This is the best 7-11 I’ve been too. Food is always fresh, very clean, and the staff is always friendly. I stop in before work every morning and it’s always a pleasure seeing Doris and the owner. They are great.

I went into the store to get some coffee, redbull, and a slice of pizza. Upon checking out, the cashier nether said hi or bye. Took my money, got my change. Slammed the register drawer and pushed the money into my hand. And looked away as though I did something wrong. ?I didn't get mad. I didn't say anything back. I asked a customer who was ahead of me going out the door, and he said they were always like that. So I called in a complaint to the 7-11 headquarters. A couple of days later, I went back to the 7-11 to get my usual. And that same cashier, loudly called me out by name in front of everybody there. And said I was banned from the store. Again, I didn't get mad. I didn't yell. I didn't cause a commotion. I asked why? He responded, "Because you called in a complaint about the store. I said you can't ban me for that. He crossed his arms and said yes I can and looked away. And still today, there is no response from the area manager. Store manager or the franchise owner. ? I'm starting to believe this is the type ofunprofessionalism this 7-11 and chain of command staff supports.So I was banned all because I complained about the cashiers not greeting the customers or saying, "Have a nice day." That's it? I didn't fuss Nobody, I didn't cuss at nobody. I didn't steal. No commotion. And I'm banned. Let this be a lesson to everyone who decides to go to the store. They are above reproach. I was informed by another 7-11 owner. that the area manager's name is simon.

One of my worst experiences in 7-Eleven’s , the cashier who is white discriminated against me even though she knows I speak perfect English.Incompetent people who do not know how to give customer service should not be in charge of a public establishment.

Absolutely ridiculous. The lady refused to let me buy a single slice of pizza. Told me I had to pay for two. The cashier Doris and owner were extremely rude.

Coffee pots mainly empty on a regular bases at 8:30 in the morning When asked why this is we got an attitude stating we are busy So heading over to WaWa where this is not an issue for them

Day shift is absolutely Terrible. Manager is always drunk. No customer service. Nothing in the hot foods case is ever fresh. They wont ever make fresh food. They ignore customers. Slurpee machine been broke for months. The rest of the shifts are great. But the girl on Day shift and the drunk manager are absolute problems

Owner or manager as no customer service and is not professional . I usually avoid shopping at that location as much as possible because of this individual. When visiting this location the donut are usually old or out of stock and coffee machines low are empty. I prefer to do my business at the other location down the street , much better customer service and product availability.

Store is ALWAYS clean and stocked. Employees are friendly and kind. Manager is always friendly and professional. He knows most of his customer by name.

Excellent staff service. Friendly and knowledgeable. All the hourly staff deserve a raise!
