My daughters and I have used First Class Moving for our personal move and we have recommended to others. They are first class all the way! The Guys they employ are respectful of my home and each item that is delivered. They're 100% in my book!

I used 1st class moving and storage for a local move of large items. Their price was great, they showed up on time and the crew led by Jaime were quick, careful and couteous. They took great care of the furniture and were extemely fast. I can recommend them highly and couldn't be happier with this company!

The moving crew we had was incredible. At first I thought that the estimater over-estimated by saying we needed 2 trucks and 6 guys for 8 hours. After getting some other quotes, which were all over the place, I decided on 1st Class. The zoom session is really what made me decide on 1st Class. Every other company just asked over the phone how many bedrooms or square feet and gave me a price based on that. They then said any time over the allotted 4 hours in the estimate would be another $130 per hour. 1st Class did no such thing. They looked at the property through our Zoom meeting and hit the nail on the head. It took 6 guys 8 hours and 2 full trucks to move us. They weren't the cheapest quote but certainly not the most expensive either. Spend the money! It is totally worth it. Highly recommend!

We’ve used 1st Class several times with no issues until now. It was a long distance move. Our boxes arrived with most being very smashed, many looking like they had been opened and many of them delivered upside down. Upside boxes then had heavy things on top of breakables. One box had a bottle break with oil leaking on several other boxes. Items in those boxes were ruined, along with several pieces from the kitchen made of marble. We are also missing tools…drills, screwdrivers sets, gloves, etc. I would estimate missing and ruined goods around $1,000. The crew was nice but hurried to get out so not enough time to check. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend.

Movers were early and they hustled from that point on. Oscar and his crew were great. Whatever I asked of them they did. I would surely recommend 1st Class Movers to anyone needing movers. They were GREAT!

We reached out to 4 moving companies for a smaller local move of furniture only. 1st Class really stood out in two areas:
1. First call into 1st Class - David was super friendly, provided a wealth of information around moving, offered things to consider, and walked through my needs so he could provide a quote quickly. The customer service was exceptional.
2. The pricing was very competitive and reasonable.
The team that came to move furniture took great care in protecting the items, were careful not to damage the condo/area ways and they were very accommodating.
I highly recommend 1st Class for your moving needs - large or small. Great company. Great staff. Great service.

The man i booked with, Joseph, was extremely kind and professional. He walked me through the process and when I said I can’t provide the inventory list over the phone, he assured me I can also submit the list over email. The crew called me 20 minutes before they arrived to let me know they’re on their way and were here at 8am on the dot. They were kind to me and my toddler, assured me they’re here to help and went above and exceeded my expectations in every way. They treated my things respectfully, all my furniture was broken down, individually wrapped and taped then reassembled at my new home exactly where i wanted things laid out. If a box wasnt labeled, they asked me where i wanted it. I felt taken care of and have already recommended them to others. Thanks again guys!

First Class moved me from Baltimore to storage then to Clayton DE with minimal fuss and maximum care. Everything was handled perfectly at a really fair price. I recommend First Class Moving and Storage highly.

This was a great experience, from the point of the estimate to the final delivery. Not only was the estimate process quick and easy, but they were able to answer all of my questions and provided flexibility as my plans changed. They did a great job preparing me in advance and day-of showed up with plenty of staff to make the process easy. The whole move was done in less than 5 hours (helped by the fact we didn't have to drive far) and the movers themselves were friendly and respectful of both houses. They forgot one thing (a small subwoofer that was wrapped in padding) and personally delivered it 2 days later once they noticed it. All-in-all, a great experience and would definitely recommend.

I couldn't believe how great this company was! I was a nervous wreck but they showed up on time, worked so hard I couldn't even get them to stop for 10 min to eat the donuts I brought them! I chose them because they were the least expensive BY FAR so I was nervous who would show up. They were kind, professional, hard working, trustworthy. They never slacked for a second. They were beyond what i had hoped for. I can't say enough about them and will use them again next year when we move again.
