Went to open a new account, was unsure what to expect. The branch employees were very helpful and I didn't have to wait to speak to someone. The process did not take very long; I think I was done within 15-20 minutes at the most. Based on my experience, I would recommend this location for banking.

Very bad customer service.I have a account in Wells Fargo.I went 2 times to notarize a simple document but they did not.very upset me I will close my account in this moody bank.

Poor customer service! Sat in the drive through (after my transactions had already been accepted) for 10 minutes without being greeted by a teller. No one even answered when I pressed the call button. Not the first time it's happened.

You need to have banker that's focused on customer service and not his flowery shirt and painted nails. I'm offended. So 4:59 or 5 o'clock, watching a man (me) pull up who already called for assistance but now you can't help this customer out. Fire the sorry excuse for a banker.Time to take my money out of this bank and change my mortgage. Wells Fargo you blew it. Your PCism has just cost you!

Well Fargo continues to be a bank that robs their clients and charges them a fee after taking that money. I was so disrespected by the customer service team. You guys need to be re educated and trained in handling customer matters professionally. The client is always right. Makes sense why you have a 2.8 rating. I hope my rating drives it even lower. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

Come here and there are always excuses of why there is an issue with my bank card. Have to show Id. Such a headache. The tellers are rude!

For weeks I have been trying to deposit a check, unfortunately the ATM is broken and not accepting deposits so I went to the bank today only to learn they no longer have Saturday hours for the drive in or branch. Clearly Wells Fargo is only interested in business banking and no longer caters to the working class. Not a good bank for individuals account holders.

Rita russell is the head gang member of this bank. I was asked to remove articals of clothing to make a deposit into my own checking account . a transgendered secretary (joney shekler) started the harassment and claimed to be management, only after several minutes of arguing did it get a manager (rita russell). Rita accused me of commiting fraud and got very immature when I mentioned that wells fargo is guilty of fraud and was convicted of it not being accused. Its banksters like this that give all banks a bad rep. All this just to make a deposit.... Im changing banks to ones that are not filled with nazis that request you disrobe to deposit.

This bank has NEVER closed or gone out of business. Wonderman must have the Wells Fargo Bank mixed up with some other bank. It recently converted from Wachovia after a corporate merger but has never been closed for business. I would rate this bank as excellant.
