Waveband supplied us with replacement batteries for our fleet of BK handheld radios. We have had almost no issues with these batteries, which I cannot say for the manufacturer's originals supplied. The price was good and shipment was fast. We will use Waveband again for sure.

Edit - was finally able to get someone on the phone. The purchase was refunded and the ear pieces will be sent back in.
Ordered two ear pieces for a hand mic. They were said to fit as per the item description and turns out they did not fit. I put in a return request and they did not respond even though their website says they would within 48 hours. Emailed - no response. Very disappointing!
