Worst pharmacy ever!RudeInefficient& Plain awful at their actual job of filling prescriptions.Years ago they were great! Every month there is some kind of issue to get a simple prescription filled. The last 2 months they didn’t fill it & claimed my dr needed to call in a refill. Even tho the script is for 12 months & on auto-refill, the same as it’s always been.This month I made FOUR trips to get my prescription. The first time they said there was no refill called in. I explained it should be auto-refill. No dice. I entered it on their phone tree. The second time they gave me the “your dr needs to call in the refill” (This is for an antidepressant, not a narcotic.) They never contacted me to say they weren’t filling it. The third time I went when they said it’d be ready & guess what? Wasn’t ready. They said come back in 30 min. When I came back they gave me “your insurance is expired.” It isn’t. But I needed my medicine. I paid $83 instead of $9 just to get out of there.The employees are rude. Not one person has ever apologized, or taken responsibility & will spend 5 min pretending they don’t see you before they acknowledge you.This is an excellent case in poor management.Do not go here!

I've been using this pharmacy for two years now, and it's horrible! Every time my prescription gets put in by my doctor, it takes days for them to fill it. If you try to call them, they have one of the following responses: 1. They don't answer the phone 2. They put you on hold and never pick back up 3. They pick up the phone and hang up immediately 4. Patch you in with another customer who is also on hold (seriously!) 5. They pick up the phone (odds are 1 in 75) On the rare occasion they do pick up the phone, they are often rude. When I calling to find out why my prescription wasn't filled in a week, I was told I recently filled a prescription. When I explained that was a lower, less frequent dose and my doctor wanted me on a much higher dose, I was told, "Well maybe you should call back when you run out then." I relied, "Maybe I'll just take my business somewhere else then." He replied, "Maybe you should" and hung up on me. When I called and (eventually) got a different person to answer, I asked for the manager. She was out and wouldn't be back until the next day. This was a Thursday at 3 pm. My wife has two prescriptions she's been waiting on for six days. When she called, someone answered after 10 minutes of the phone ringing, placed on hold, and after 45 minutes, my wife hung up. Honestly, avoid this place like the plague, especially if you need prescriptions.

Zero stars. Staff is incompetent. Walgreens processes are the worst. Brand name auth on file but every time they try to charge me $1000 of dollars.

Marie in Customer Service noticed I was having some difficulty finding products in the store. She helped me locate and choose products, saving me a lot of time. I was walking with a cane and Marie helped me get to a register. She was a very pleasant and professional employee.

Terrible pharmacy experience, lied about having my prescription and accepting my insurance to both me and my doctor, when I tried to pick it up the pharmacist loudly shouted the name of my prescription and it would be illegal to sell it to me without insurance so everyone in line could hear.

Absolute joke of a store which is saying something for Walgreens. Even with more employees than customers the wait is still longer than it would take to drive to a PA pharmacy and back for whatever you might need.

I ordered a same day metal print Thursday that said it would be ready by 1230 pm. I arrived at 430 pm Thursday to pick up and the store manager had no idea that it needed to be made and after having me wait for people who came in after me he admitted that he not only didn't know how to make it but they didn't have the material either. I said to cancel the order and placed it for pickup at the Clarksville location (which was awesome and had it ready by 930 Friday morning!). I then received a message Saturday from this location saying that my order was ready. When I went to the store and talked to the same manager he said he remembered that I cancelled the order and then tried to charge me to take the print they accidentally made and when I said I wasn't going to pay twice for the same print rather than just give it to me he allowed me to watch him compress it in the compactor while customers waited. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had.

The absolute worst pharmacy ever. Always behind; meds never ready on time; I have gone without insulin a few times because they are out of stock. Signing up for auto refill is a joke as they don't auto refill. Stay away from here if you value timeliness in getting your prescriptions. Let's not even talk about the Drive-thru; it'll make you nauseous. Zero stars

I worked part time here for 6 weeks did practically nothing when asked for work they seemed annoyed having to find a task for me to do note I was apart of a program that this store was apart of some of the workers were alright and chill but the rest were non caring sassy and disrespectful lady day of program which was today Kelly the supervisor was talking about me behind my back with another worker when I called them out on it she had the gaw to be mad at me for eves dropping saying “I’m gonna have a nice chat with your sponsor” and did the wink and tongue click Jeff the manger was alright hardly ever there and a patient man learners from fellow employee that there’s so little to do they walk around and look busy won’t say there name was one of the cool ones but ya there’s about 4 people sometimes 5 on the floor so if you hear them say there understaffed just know there’s enough of them there to help at the register and photo area that being just one of them there at said area and 2 working around the place doing outdates or stocking which they only left up to me and someone else from the program found a item in candy section was 7 months old started working in July meaning it’s been bad for 4 months since before I got there they also don’t care if packaging is damaged seen plenty of water jugs with the top bent “people will still buy them” so just know half the people there careless about anyone who walks in and to top it all off they complained that I was working to quickly

This is the worst pharmacy experience I’ve ever had - after being denied my prescription 4 different times and being told my insurance card was incorrect/wrong and being openly doubted and sassed they finally realized they had my birthdate wrong. The worst part? They had a code that said “incorrect birthdate” the entire time just chose not to communicate that to me and instead questioned the validity of my insurance card. No apologies received once i gently corrected the issue for them.

I booked an appointment for a vaccine. it was easy enough to do online. when I showed up this morning 5 minutes before my appointment, I was told to take a seat. About 20 minutes later, I got checked in and was told to wait again. At the 45 minute mark, I went up to the window to ask if I should re-scheduel the appointment as I had been waiting for 45 minutes for a simple vaccine. The Pharmacy Operations Manager, Margaret, told me "you should always expect to wait 30-45 minutes". I replied "I've been waiting for 45 minutes so will I be getting it now?". Apparently not- the pharmacist then tells me she hasn't even mixed it up yet. I said there is nothing indicating that you will be waiting 45-60 minutes when you book the appointment. The pharmacist's explanation is that she is the only one there. I was also td that if I re-schedule, it will be another hour long wait. Unreal- I will never be getting another appointment here.

I love this local Walgreens. They're so warm and welcoming. Today, I had to pick up a prescription. There was a little back and forth calling my doctor's office and the pharmacy. I spoke with Mary and told her the situation. After a two minute hold, she said she'd taken care of it. I just got home with my medicine. That's just one example of how lovely this Walgreens is. Five stars!
