Absolute joke of a store which is saying something for Walgreens. Even with more employees than customers the wait is still longer than it would take to drive to a PA pharmacy and back for whatever you might need.

The absolute worst pharmacy ever. Always behind; meds never ready on time; I have gone without insulin a few times because they are out of stock. Signing up for auto refill is a joke as they don't auto refill. Stay away from here if you value timeliness in getting your prescriptions. Let's not even talk about the Drive-thru; it'll make you nauseous. Zero stars

Filthiest bathrooms in Eldersburg, do better Walgreens!Seriously, this place is very hit or miss, but generally miss. Always a hassle, they do not want to do basic steps to help customers get medication prescribed. We just go to ANY other pharmacy in the area…

Very rude pharmacy staff, would not allow me to speak with someone directly in order to call in a prescription for one of my clients. I will never step foot in this facility and hope the RUDE people who work there find another career where they aren’t miserable with their jobs.

I booked an appointment for a vaccine. it was easy enough to do online. when I showed up this morning 5 minutes before my appointment, I was told to take a seat. About 20 minutes later, I got checked in and was told to wait again. At the 45 minute mark, I went up to the window to ask if I should re-scheduel the appointment as I had been waiting for 45 minutes for a simple vaccine. The Pharmacy Operations Manager, Margaret, told me "you should always expect to wait 30-45 minutes". I replied "I've been waiting for 45 minutes so will I be getting it now?". Apparently not- the pharmacist then tells me she hasn't even mixed it up yet. I said there is nothing indicating that you will be waiting 45-60 minutes when you book the appointment. The pharmacist's explanation is that she is the only one there. I was also td that if I re-schedule, it will be another hour long wait. Unreal- I will never be getting another appointment here.

These people should be ashamed of themselves. They are real life crooks stealing money from people. They had just tried to charge me $250 for one of my perceptions. I have flu A. I got the same medication from Weis in my airy for $3. I stopped using Walgreens months ago. They jacked the prices up on my blood pressure medicine. I called in to ask the pharmacist how they could justify the price. The only reason I went to Walgreens this time they are the only people around who have tamiflu!! I spoke to a rude inconsiderate women. Who was very cold to the situation in fact was irritated I was even asking her why the prices are miles apart! This place needs to do better. What a embarrassing day for them. Please check the prices these crooks are trying to charge you for your stuff. Something needs to change!!

Absolutely the worse pharmacy in town. They have screwed up my prescription in the past. Tell you a timeline that your prescription will be ready by and when you arrive an hour after that time let you know it still isn’t ready and to wait 10 minutes. After waiting for about 30 minutes you have to go back and remind them that they told you 10 minutes! This place needs new management now! Absolutely horrible service here!

If you want a good old neighborhood pharmacy where employees will condescendingly talk over you, ask you to step aside so they can help the next customer -when there aren't any, and tell you that the benefit directions are too much to read, this is the place for you! From the moment you walk in, and you'll have to because they're having phone problems *today, you are greeted by someone who looks annoyed to see you. Then once you give them your name, they'll tell you that you have no prescription there, only to discover that you mean the one from two weeks ago that they didn't fill. It's gets better though, try to explain how to process a new med and they'll cut you off and tell you that they already know how to get it NOT to work. Fun! And friends, you will repeat this process for eternity because they won't transfer your prescription. *phone problems* Enjoy!

No stars . This is the worst pharmacy. The staff is dismissive and not helpful. They dismissed the Dr from Hopkins who was trying to help us get the medication for our son. I have filled many prescriptions there and there always seem to be an issue. Too many chances and no reason to continue to give them my business.

zero stars but it made me put one in order to post it. My doctor sent prescriptions in early morning and at 9:30 at night they are still not ready. When you call to get an update they just continue to put you on hold, they don't even answer the phone they just pick it up and place you on hold over and over and then they disconnect you to start all over. Beyond frustrating! They always seem very disorganized and when you finally get to speak to someone they are very rude! i finally had to call the store directly to have someone walk back to the pharmacy to get someone on the phone. They then proceeded to tell me my prescription would not be ready till tomorrow. That is unacceptable I've been waiting all day and this was a pain management prescription needed following a surgery I had earlier in the morning. I demanded it be filled this evening and my husband had to sit there until 10 o'clock at night waiting for it..I will be getting a new pharmacy. This place is horrible!

If you can go elsewhere please do. The pharmacist thinks she's a Dr. she literally questions every rx. Even staff at my Dr's office talk about her. I started going here the day the opened and EVERYONE WAS AMAZING. I had 2 teenagers with cyclic vomiting syndrome. They were in and out of hospital for years. Walgreens helped get authorizations and going above and beyond. Even asking about our girls when we were there picking up other rx's. But years later then"woman" pharmacist came in. Now there is no longer same employees that were there for years. They are still working in community and the reason they left was this woman. I have taken all but one of my many rxs to cvs and do not have one issue. So sad that a patient goes to their physician and get their rx only to have the pharmacist hold it hostage. THEY WILL REFUSE TO PICK UP THEIR PHONE OR BETTER YET EXPLAIN WHY ITS BEING DELAYED. ITS OUTRAGEOUS THIS IS ALLOWED

Unprofessional staff. They hang up on you, speak to you like you are a drug seeking delinquent. My prescription was two days early to fill, I explained I had a flight leaving to Las Vegas later that day and offered to show her my plane ticket. The pharmacist said she would NOT fill the RX two days early and that I would need to contact my doctors office (it’s a Saturday mind you) and have my doctor send my RX to a pharmacy in VEGAS to fill! The pharmacist was speaking to me and about me in the background while on the phone with the rude tech who was unprofessional and frankly unknowledgeable to say the least. When I asked for a manager’s name, I was given a first name only and had to pry the last name out of the tech. After getting the first and last name, it turns out the person she was referring to was the pharmacist running her mouth in the background! I then asked for HER supervisor’s name. The tech refused to give me that information and hung up on me. My family will not be doing business at this pharmacy again. Walgreens needs to do better. This is unacceptable.
