This store has the worst customer service ever!!They asked me to put a small piece of tape to my package, but they wouldn’t let me use the one they have on the counter. When I mentioned that I will leave a review and this small piece of tape is what will give the five star instead of one. They simply said go for a one review!!

Anytime I go to this location with something heavy or fragile it ends up broken once it arrives. Not sure if the kids working there are just throwing packages around or what.

I don't know where the owner finds his employees. They are polite, hard-working, efficient, friendly, and know what they are doing. How many other retail operations compare, especially today? I visit this business several times a week to ship packages, even if FedX is slightly cheaper, simply because of the level of service.

I love this UPS Store. Jin Yang, the owner, is very professional and thoughtful. Everyone works so well and cares to help you out. I have been mailing things here for five years and I will continue to visit. Come if you need quick and professional service.

Not sure what happened tonight but went in to get photo copies made of my dads celebration of life and staff couldn't figure out how to copy front to back, got all mad and when I went to thank him came back with such a mean response. Then when I asked why he was so mean to me he told me he list his dad the same way I did and he doesn't know how he's getting home. I told him its no reason to be mean to me. I asked him for his name and he said not giving it to you good bye and locked the doors. Wow that's his idea of customer service? He wasn't nice to 2 other customers either.
