Reserved my trailer one week prior online, all fees were upfront and no hidden charges. On day of my pickup representative professionally helped me to hooked up a trailer. If I need a trailer again definitely will rent in the future at this place.

Rentals can take some time to get taken care of and getting you underway. It seems there's only one person doing all the U-Haul operations as well as running the gas station and convenience store.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I cannot stress that enough. TERRIBLE customer service. Incompetent workers. I highly recommend staying far far away from this rental agency. They do not follow through on anything they say they will. Even after calling multiple times for the trailer and telling them I need a full day, they go ahead and schedule a COMPLETELY different time then what I requested. STAY AWAY!!!!!

Horrible service! I talked with a worker there about turning in my uhaul that was being filled up and he said to give him the keys once parked. Once filled and parked I noticed the doors were locked, his car still parked but he was not in the front. I knocked assuming it was closing time but since we had our agreement that he would open for me but that was not the case. I will be speaking with management tomorrow.
