“It's convenient since it's at a gas station. You can refill the gas when you return the truck. There is limited parking in the back and sides.I was not charged bogus charges like other reviews stated. I used the app and ensured I only was charged for what I optioned for.The truck was clean but didn't make the back up beeping sound.”

The van rental had very detailed instructions and was a reasonable price. The second time, Delano helped me, and went above and beyond to answer my questions and assist. We drove back to Home Depot/Penske and asked for the bigger truck (which is normally much more pricey). They not only gave us the bigger truck with no hassle, but charged for the original truck and only for one round trip, not both.
