Edit: You completely dismissed my concerns. I don't have a problem with dogs, I'm autistic and I've been attacked by unrestrained dogs, so has my wife.
Greeted by a small dog at the other side of the door walking in, might not be a problem for others but I have issues with unrestrained dogs. Walked in, didn't let the dog out. Several people talking at the back of the room, no one looked up or said anything...or addressed the dog. Stood there about 30 seconds trying to get my bearings. Couldn't, so turned around and walked out. They had what I needed, but I went elsewhere.

There was a customer in front of me in the store who just wouldn’t stop talking, who I knew personally and just didn’t want to be rude and interrupt . All I had to do was set my vape on the counter without the pod in it and he got the product down and rung me out without me having to say anything. Amazing customer service every time I’ve gone in previously as well.

The employees here are amazing! I have worked most recently with Mike and Gerry and they are so full of knowledge and information! They ensure that I am confident and comfortable with any decisions I make and they are so patient with me each time I visit. They greet me by name and laugh at my corny jokes which just really adds to a positive experience! I feel like a millionaire whenever I go here :) if you’re in need of vape supplies…this place is the ONLY place I would recommend!!

I called and asked for a manager because I was interested in applying. The second I asked for a manager, I got hung up on, and I had to call back twice to even get a chance to explain why I was calling.
Apparently 'Jerry' thought I was a salesman or something. He should learn to ask what people are calling about before immediately hanging up on them.
