I came to Royals at 11:00 pm and could not order chicken because I was told there was not enough help available to assist customers. What's going go on? Whatever happened to customer service. Wow!!!

Went in to grab a quick bite to eat and walked to the back and the screens were turned around and there was plenty of food sitting there but was told because no one was back there they weren't serving food. There is a WaWa right down the road so you would think they would try to be competitive and keep customers happy. This was around 5 in the afternoon which is a bad time to not be serving. Never would I of thought that a place famous for their chicken not serve customers at 5 in the afternoon!

It's 417am. Just getting home from a late shift at the hospital. Wanted some fries. Not a single food item available and all the ordering screens were turned off. When I asked the gentleman at the front when he would be adding fries he said after he was done doing some other things up front. Like it was going to be a while before he got to the task. How is that acceptable? Just wanted a large fry with cheese dip. Slow or not maybe you need more staff at night to make sure food is getting made at appropriate times.

I was at the Royal Farms on May 19. It was a very attractive young lady and very pleasant working at the deli that afternoon with an older gentleman. I believe he was manager. He really should be demoted. He don’t know how to talk to his employees. She had done an excellent job and as I was waiting for my order all I kept hearing him Nip Picking saying oh this is how you do this. This is how you do that it really bothered me because the sandwiches and the chicken that she prepared for me, and my wife were so delicious. I hope she does not leave I been a regular for years an know she’s new hope she doesn’t leave the establishment due to his negativity. He should be demoted and not be part of the Royal Farms team was very nasty observed, thinking about calling corporate and complain against him. I also witness him doing it with another young lady as well I’m changing locations I hate nasty ppl

They brag about their chicken, and it's pretty good when it's fresh. The problem is most of the time it's been sitting there for hours and it's far from fresh. Also there potato wedges are only good when fresh. I go there sometimes in the morning for a breakfast sandwich and some potatoes. But the potatoes are usually all dried up. I shouldn't have to ask them to make fresh potatoes. Common sense should tell them that the potatoes that have been sitting under the heat lamp all night are dried up. Also if you order a sandwich and request extra meat or cheese, don't count on getting it. You will get ripped off. I have ordered breakfast ham and cheese sandwiches and I request extra ham. And there have been times when the sandwich only had one piece of ham on it. I wonder what I would have gotten if I didn't request extra? Do these people get any training?? Whoever runs this place obviously doesn't care.
I had stopped going there because the service and the food were not good. Tonight I decided I wanted some chicken, and Chick-fil-A was closed. So I went to Royal Farms, what a mistake that was. I ordered regular chicken tenders and got some that were so hot and spicy that I couldn't eat them. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and all I got was the gravy, no potatoes!! This place absolutely sucks!!

Great coffee and usually get myself and anyone working with me a sandwich in the mornings.Noticed some weird blue vests. I pay attention to work attire given past employment experiences. The vests color is off (would work for Tiffanys Though), and the material looks paper thin. This attire does not mesh well with the store colors in my opinion.This store could also use more diesel pumps. Overall good service and good location though. Best Chicken ever!

Every time I go to this place, a young woman name Keena she always smiling she always give good costumer service, she does her job very good ,I really like the store keep up the good work .
