I have not had the chance to have my car repaired here, but I have been an intern here. I was initially nervous about starting my internship here because I haven’t had a lot of real-life marketing and social media experience and wasn't sure if this was going to be the best fit for me. After my first day, I knew I was going to love being an intern here. All of those worries went away, and every day I looked forward to coming in. Every staff member is beyond lovely, and everyone treats you with respect and kindness. Helping out with Greg showed me how a real business should work and what it takes to be successful. I loved every minute of being able to help them out with everything. I'm very impressed with all of the repairs they have done and how happy people are when they receive their cars back. They have highly skilled workers, and everyone's cars are in great hands. This company has many more successful years ahead, and I wish them the best of luck. I definitely recommend Restivo’s.

Restivo Auto Body & Towing, Inc. does AMAZING work! My car was completely repaired beyond my expectations. They have been around for 30+ years and not only are they reliable and professional, their level of customer service was above 5 Stars. The transparency of communication was exceptional. I highly recommend them to anyone. You wont be disappointed!!

I recently brought my mini-van to Restivo's Auto Body Shop for repairs, including a side door replacement and other associated body work. From start to finish, my experience with Greg and the entire Restivo team was nothing short of exceptional.Their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident from the moment I walked in the door. Not only did they provide an accurate estimate of when my van would be ready, but they also delivered on their promise, ensuring minimal disruption to my daily routine.The quality of their workmanship surpassed my expectations. The repaired side door looked as good as new, and I could tell that they had taken great care to ensure every detail was perfect.Even more impressive was their commitment to addressing any concerns I had. When I noticed a minor issue with the van after picking it up, Greg promptly instructed me to bring it back to the shop. Smash & Grab vandalism to my rear passenger side window. Glass everywhere. Technician on truck floor after repair & install of new window with tape pulling up tiny shards of glass -I have a dog who frequently is in rear of car. Thank you. Staff professional, kind and very skilled.

Super friendly people here. They undid the deer induced modifications to my one year old car. It looks like new again. Working with them and my insurance was completely seamless. I am very happy with them but I hope I never see them again.

I happened upon Restivo's after my daughter's car was towed to them, following her being hit and totalling her car. First thing that happened was the driver's first words to her were "I'm so sorry this happened to you. Are you ok?" Heart in the right place usually bodes well. Turns out he was the owner's son.My BWW M5 had been wrecked a year or so earlier, and was, to put it accurately, "kinda mostly fixed up" at another shop. Greg, the owner, looked it over and gave me an estimate for taking care of some of the remaining and more esoteric stuff like airbags, etc.Bottom line was, the other shop simply didn't have the skill to do the whole job. Greg and his crew did an amazing and THOROUGH job and I couldn't be happier. Getting this thing completely repaired was a nightmare until I found Restivo's came along. I could not be more pleased. There are some negative reviews here which are far beyond my ability to imagine, given my own experience.I'd recommend Restivo's absolutely without a second thought. There's no substitute for knowing what they heck you're doing.

Oops ! Backed into the Misses car with the tractor.... apparently it has a blind spot. Scheduled a visit with Restivo (they are one of many in that commercial area). Owner was on site. Staff was friendly. They did a terrific job matching the grey paint on our Rogue. They even went above and beyond and straightened a couple more oopsies that weren't involved. I will use these guys again.

I dropped my car off to get my door replaced as well as to get the bumper and fenders painted. The car came out perfect and the customer service was very friendly. Strongly recommend.

I strongly discourage anyone from using this particular body shop. It's important for me to share an honest review about the exceptionally poor service I received. Following a car accident, my vehicle sustained damage to the front bumper, fender, light, suspension, and tire. Prior to visiting this body shop, I had sought an estimate from Caliber Collision, who quoted me $2,700, excluding the suspension and tire repairs. In contrast, Restivo provided an estimate of $5,100, claiming it encompassed all necessary repairs. Since my insurance would cover the expenses, I decided to proceed with Restivo and left my car at their shop, expecting a two-week turnaround time. However, it took them three weeks to complete the repairs.When I initially attempted to retrieve my car, I was appalled by its condition. It was thoroughly dirty both inside and outside, indicating a complete lack of effort to clean up the mess they had made. To compound matters, the color of the new bumper and fender did not match, resulting in a noticeable discrepancy. Additionally, I discovered a substantial scratch on the newly painted bumper and even found a broken piece of plastic embedded in it. Moreover, the body shop failed to achieve a smooth connection between the new bumper and fender. Chris, one of their staff members, attempted to deceive me regarding the color issue, but I saw through the ruse. It was evident to me that they had performed a shoddy job.Upon realizing their mistakes, they requested that I leave my car with them for an additional two days to rectify the issues, despite the fact that I had already driven 30 minutes to reach their body shop. Adding to the frustration, they called me just 30 minutes before closing time and insisted that I pick up my car. I informed them that I would collect it the following morning instead. However, when I arrived the next morning, they informed me that my car was in the car wash, raising my hopes that they had learned from their past negligence. Regrettably, they returned my car covered in dust and dirt, demonstrating a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. They had merely touched up the scratch on the new bumper.To make matters worse, when I checked the tire pressure (since they had changed the tires), I discovered it was at 42 PSI instead of the recommended 35 PSI. Several weeks later, during a tire rotation, I discovered that they had not correctly tightened the bolts, posing a potential safety risk of losing a wheel while driving.In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing this body shop. Their incompetence, lack of attention to detail, and complete disregard for customer satisfaction make them wholly unsuitable for any automotive repair services.

My wife's car was part of a hit and run (the hittee, not the runner), so we took it to Restivo for the repairs. This is the second time we used them for repairs. We had high expectation from our first experience and they did not disappoint. They were great in working with our insurance. Very little effort on our part. They scheduled to take a look and submit the initial inspection to our insurance company the very next day. They also have a working relationship with Enterprise, so you can pick up and drop off the car at Restivo instead of needing someone else to follow you when you drop your car off or pick your car up after repairs. Overall, great experience and will continue to use them every time we need repairs.Service: Body & Trim

This shop and its staff go all out to help you in your time of need . From towing your vehicle safely to their shop, answering any questions that you may have including claim questions, questions about any repairs that might be needed and repairing your vehicle with quality parts and quality work. you can call with questions And someone will actually call you back.The bumpers on my 2010 Toyota look brand new, the paint job is beautiful!Services: Body & Trim
