I was in and out - very easy and friendly customer service. MORE importantly, I’m a bit skirmish about getting blood drawn, but when Mary drew my blood I literally felt NOTHING and it barely a mark left. I had to get blood drawn the next day at another lab from the other arm, and that was painful and I have bruising all around the entry point, and in my vein. If I have the choice, I will never go anywhere to get blood drawn, but to Mary at this Quest again. I’m going through a bit of a thing and have to get blood drawn again tomorrow and my doc tried to send me somewhere closer to his office but I said I chose this Quest instead.

When I go to the Quest in Eldersburg I see Mary she is amazing she is so informative and I never even have a mark when she does my bloodwork, Please let her know that she is so appreciatedSusan Bush

Staff was very rude, uncompassionate, and unprofessional. I was constantly berated the whole time because of my anxiety. You could not PAY me to come here again.

Took my toddler for his 1st ever blood draw. He was nervous of course (and mama too!) but Wendy and Tony put us at ease. They were kind, personable, and efficient. We went around 830 on a Sat and were in and out. I will definitely be going back to them for any future lab work!

I have been coming to Quest on Liberty Rd for years for regular lab work every 3-5 months. Despite occasional insurance mixups even though my insurance never changed and my info was was always uploaded beforehand, I have continued at this location for 8 years. No more. Today, I showed up for my scheduled appointment to find the doors locked and a sign on the door that said they’d closed until further notice two days ago and to go to the Westminster location. I’m not sure why a National chain with an online appointment system was unable to notify its patients that their appointments were canceled. Even if the local employees were unable to get into this building or the computer system for some reason, there should be some way for Quest to notify patients other than a typed sign on the door. Unacceptable. I’ll be going elsewhere.

I’ve always been very scared to give blood and today I just so happened to pass out. Mary was so swift in making sure I was okay to continue and made sure I was okay through the whole process. The whole thing was pretty embarrassing for me but she never made me feel bad or rushed while I decided if I wanted to reschedule or try again. I never leave reviews but I felt like my experience today couldn’t have been better despite my fears. Thank you Mary!

Mary is absolutely wonderful! She has been so accommodating on several occasions and is so pleasant and kind. The office is very clean and efficient.

Waited 40 minutes past my appointment, then got turned away because they couldn’t perform the test to my doctors protocol even though I’ve had it done there many times before. Mary was rude and very disrespectful. Do not recommend if you are looking for good customer service.

Tony goes above and beyond to help customers. This man deserves a raise. He was great to me and I saw him be very patient with an elderly customer. Great Guy!

10/10 recommend. Candace is the absolute best! She got my full draw on the first attempt, completely painlessly, and she is very nice. I can be a hard stick, but she did it flawlessly. Also the business itself is very easy to work with. I made an appointment online for the next day, got taken back a few minutes early, and everything was incredibly easy to do online. I will be using Quest in eldersburg in the future for sure.

I had to go into Quest today for a pre-employment drug screen and suffice to say - I really needed to use the restroom. Nakita and the other employee (I'm sorry I do not recall her name) was INCREDIBLY accommodating!! I felt so bad asking to go back but they were absolutely wonderful, polite and very understanding! Thank you again Nakita!! You were my angel today! Much blessings to you all.

We made a same day appointment online. The system to do so was very easy. We walked in and signed in on the kiosk. Ellen drew my daughter's blood. She did a fantastic job. My daughter is petite, special needs, and a hard stick. Ellen was kind and patient with her and got her on the first stick. We will definitely be coming back for all future bloodwork needs.

Had appointment 7:30 am fasting,waited until about 8, when an quest employee told the 15 people waiting,she did not have the key,and the person with the key didn't show up,and didn't know when someone would get there,which was aggravating so most of us left.There was one poor guy that was there the day before and couldn't get a test,so with a kidney transplant he was prepared to wait all day,starving.I hear lab-core is no better.There is got to be a better way
