I can no longer drive so I use the pickup for my wife and 90% of the time, there are items not found. This is for coffee, bread and some other items. Also, they have a Kosher isle and they changed some of the things I have purchased in the past they no longer carry. Manischewitz Gefilte fish in the jelly, now they only carry it in water which taste nasty.

I ordered a cupcake cake for my son's Baptism. A simple cross cake. It looks absolutely horrible.

If I died and went to hell, I would spend eternity waiting for a 1/2 pound of turkey at the deli counter. Wait...never mind. I'm alive and do that anyway.

Eldersburg Martin’s - Heavy balding manager accused me of stealing while using the self scanner. When I asked him if he had a problem with me, he informed me that he’s not talking to me. This was AFTER he had another employee conduct an audit on my order and telling several others that I often come in and steal. I’m not sure what he thinks he saw, but I’ve NEVER stolen anything from that or any other store, EVER! Very unacceptable!

A review Purely on the Gas station........Don't bother with the rewards card it's completely useless. No matter how many times you entree your membership number it never works. What is the purpose of shopping at martins if you can't user your savings. So for that reason I would never shop at Martins. I would shout for grocery's at a gas station or pharmacy before shipping at Martins.

What’s up with your deli? They suck!!! I used to have great service from a girl who used to work there. She’s a tall blonde with glasses. What happened to her? I won’t be back until I see her smiling face!! She managed to sooth me in a bad situation with her humor.

The deli department is horrible! Very slow! The manager doesn’t care about the customers. I found a long dark hair in my turkey! I recommend they use hair nets instead of hats. Most of the girls hair hangs out everywhere!

give you fresh fried chicken when you order over phone and they say 30 min then you take it home and it looks and tastes like it been sitting in the case for at least 2 hours or more to me that no way to treat a customer

Their chicken has a funky smell. Their deli is the best in town, but it's so slow. They never have more than two working and one does the kiosk orders while the other helps in person. Some of the people are nice, it's bizarre that it's always the teens who are nice. The older people are usually fairly rude. Way more expensive than Aldi next door and Walmart, which has its own set of problems.
