They love taking your money for literally no reason. Paid an application fee to see a rental and then the agent didn’t show. Then before we could reschedule they showed it to someone else and we lost the rental. Didn’t even get to see the inside of the place. Don’t do business with these scammers.

I used Shermelle Mulraine as my agent through a referral. I can honestly say she worked just as hard if not harder (probably harder) than I did in this process. She went above and beyond, on one occasion she video chat with me to view a house when I was out of town.
