Look it's Jiffy Lube. If your car comes back not on fire or without a piston rod thrown out your hood it's a 5 star experience. Let me tell you about today. So the hours on the sign say 7:30 AM opening. Cool. I work midnights so to have a place open as I am getting off of work so I can maximize my sleep is good with me. Well here comes the great lie that is posted on the door and shares by Google.I rolled up about 8:00 AM and as I was rounding the building a person speeds around in slushy conditions nearly clipping my vehicle. It was even more odd when the person who got out turned out to be the manager. She starts screaming toward my car and when I rolled down my window she proclaimed that they open at 9:00 AM. Now I am not someone who wants to be confrontational and if she has no one to work then I can't force the issue.What I can do is drive up the road and go to a place that won't lie about their hours. Also, if this location takes care of customers cars like how this manager drives then everyone watch out! I have taken a few of my cars here, but today they lost a customer.

Tightened the drain plug so tight that NTB had to break it today to do an oil change. Cost me 100 extra dollars.All you need to know about this service center.

Broken hood release under dash. I did not see them do it but the technician was the only other person in my vehicle. Realized two days after service. Called immediately after realizing and was told I need to speak to a manager. Manager told me to pound sand, wouldn’t even consider the possibility that one of the techs broke the handle. Will not be getting service from them again. Beware lack of care of customer vehicle and dishonest.

I went to get oil change and asked to check my tires as well because my tire pressure light was on. They said they fixed everything and they told me my battery level was 50% which was weird to me since I changed it last year. Went to a place that I trust to to get my battery checked and everything was PERFECT. Jiffy lub made me waste time and MONEY because I had to pay for the other place to check my batter

7/20/23 UPDATE: this location has had employee turnover and the current staff sucks. Their prompt, accurate and courteous service has crashed and burned. AVOID.Just had on oil change.2022: Quick, efficient, and with great customer service. Unlike many other Jiffy Lubes, they remembered the courtesy service of vacuuming the inside and washing the windows. I will definitely return

Had a screw in my tire, called places and had over a week wait, called jiffy and said bring in a they’ll look at it today. I arrived 5mins after calling they pulled my suv jn and I was back out the door in less than 20mins. Fastest and great customer service! Thank you guys again! Appreciate it!

I called around a few place in the order of what my Google results were and everyone I talked to was very dismissive and said they couldn't get me in for a quick tire plug for at least 3 days. In an act of desperation I saw Jiffy Lube was closing in 30 minutes, but I called anyway. They said "it's only a 20 minutes process, if you can get here in the next 10 minutes I'll take care of you". Not only did they take care of me, they had great customer service. Highly recommend.Service: Tires

Tires were rotated. Used full synthetic. Cabin and air filter replaced. Subaru Outback identified as SUV resulting in a $39.99 tire rotation! (It’s a SUV because it’s 4WD - really?)The 2 filters cost $76.98. Total bill over $200!Vacuum floors - “completed”. Wash exterior windows - “completed”. Neither was done!To be honest this poor service is unusually poor as I have my 3 vehicles serviced there since the building was built. Quality inspection by T. Beck. Probably just a bad day but the worst and unfriendly I have ever experienced there in 30+ years. Just saying.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I should have read the Yelp reviews before I took my car here. This place has the most absolute rudest employees. Wait over an hour to have the oil changed and was treated terribly by the manager and her "assistant". I called back to speak to the manager and her "assistant" would not put her on the phone. I will never deal with this place again and will tell everyone I know to never go to this establishment again.

I typically goto the dealership for my oil changes but I stopped here in a pinch. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes even with a car ahead of mine.Wasn’t overpriced or upsold which I really appreciate. Great place, will continue to go there over the dealership in the future.
