I wasn't sure that I needed this prior to booking and had essentially decided that it would be a one time only service. To my surprise, I immediately saw the positive difference and will now use Immaculate Clean on a recurring basis. Natalie provided excellent customer support and Heather, Jocelyn, and Alicia did excellent cleaning.

Hannah showed up promptly and dressed professionally. She had all of her up-to-date equipment and was focused on her job. Did not want to stop to have a coffee break. Highly recommend her and her company for future needs. I would trust her in my home without me. Wish I could’ve paid for an extra hour. Very clean bathrooms and sparkly shiny Pet hair free floors Very happy customer !!!

I have been very impressed by the honesty and professionalism of this company. The management staff is very kind and professional over phone and email. We did an initial deep clean of our house and have been on a weekly rotation for a month now. At the deep cleaning their team of employees showed up on time and did a great job. They had some handy tools and tricks that left some features of my house better than they have ever looked. Afterwards, the management staff notified me they would charge less than quoted since the space was smaller than expected; I was very impressed by their honesty and integrity.
Our weekly cleaning is handled by Erica, and she does a thorough, detailed, and consistent job. I so appreciate her help and the new free time it creates!
-Update summer 2024- we were switched so Maria is doing our weekly cleaning and she is also doing a wonderful job. She pays attention to detail and leave the house looking wonderful every week!
