Went there with a synthetic fur coat. And the woman was extremely put out. She asked me what kind of coat it was. I told her I had no idea. She said this says it needs to be dry cleaned. I responded with "that's why I'm at the dry cleaner." She said, "Its going to be 49.60 for one piece." I didn't bat an eye. It's a 450 dollar coat and i needed it cleaned. I agreed. Then she said, "We don't guarantee nothing. " And that's where they lost me. I called Lord Baltimore in Glydon. I paid $22.50 and they guaranteed their work. My suggestion is go to a dry cleaner that knows how to dry clean.

I'm in the military, so my uniforms have to look pristine. Enchanted Dry Cleaning always does a phenomenal job. The are fast, courteous, friendly, and they do an excellent job. I've had to get some clothes altered as well, and they did an exceptional job. Overall, I've always been very pleased with the work they do and the service they provide. You really can't go wrong.

This family-owned operation knows what they are doing. I stopped in the other day to get a black suit tailored and hemmed — pants and sleeves of the suit jacket. The owner is very professional and you could tell she has an eye for this from decades of experience. As I was changing into the suit to be measured, I overheard another couple (customers) waiting to pick up their clothes. The wife thanked the owner, saying the clothes she dropped before had been hemmed to “a perfect fit” — even more validation of this Dry Cleaner’s quality of work. I had brought my suit pants and sleeves pre-pinned by my mother-in-law eye’ing it at home. The owner was able to see the pinning job and recommend some changes to the length which did make the outfit look better — especially the pants. I had rushed this request, 48-hour turnaround, and found out later that night that the memorial service would be taking place hours earlier than the pick up time that I had asked for. The owner did everything they could to try to ensure the tailoring work would be completed for an earlier pick up, though the suit wouldn’t be able to be pressed (due to being short on time), but that is not the fault of the dry cleaners at all. Also, many dry cleaner operations will outsource the tailoring so the times/schedule are not entirely up to them. This should be understood by any customer walking into a dry cleaners, so that reasonable expectations can be made and met. Nevertheless, I am impressed by the flexibility of the owner to try to meet my needs, and I will continue to bring my clothes to them. Note: I did have a blue suit tailored by this cleaner years ago—without a tight timeline—and the experience and finished product was perfect. I recommend this business to anyone in the area who needs dry cleaning or tailoring.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Two problems: (1) Except for their wonderful son, who I guess helps out at times, the husband and wife owners don't speak English well enough to handle questions. They're so confused that, when you say you'd be glad to pay extra for cleaning a few minor, specific spots on the inside of a sweater, including being willing to pay double to have the sweater dry-cleaned a second time -- we have a baby at home and there was milk from a bottle -- the wife argues with you, goes and tells the husband, and he comes out and reads you the riot act, angrily telling you they "don't guarantee" anything! It was crazy. The wife said I can go somewhere else, if I want to, that they have plenty of customers. (2) They're so miserably unfriendly, it's a hugely unpleasant experience. When I walked in to pick up my sweaters, the wife sighed and looked like she was upset she had to wait on a customer. Not once did she smile at me, or greet me, or say anything pleasant. There's zero interest expressed in the customer's satisfaction on any level that I could determine, except when their son helped me when I first dropped off my two sweaters. Picking them up later was just an awful experience. I'm new to this town, and I wanted so much to have a good experience there. The tragedy in Eldersburg is there is no dry cleaner within a reasonable driving distance to serve the community in a normal, positive way.

Got my my peacoat cleaned and the buttons re-sewed for $35. The coat is still covered in animal hair and the buttons, while more secure than they were before, are still loose and floppy. I'm going to have to bring the coat to a tailor to get it done properly. Kind of disappointing.Service: Alterations

My wife and I needed our bedding dry cleaned desperately. Enchanted Dry did a great job cleaning our bedding and it feels, smells and looks better than when we first purchased our bedding. It was a pleasure using Enchanted Dry and I will definitely be going there for future dry-cleaning needs.

New to the area and looking for a dry cleaner. This place had some good reviews on Google and here. First, customer service is not friendly. Dealt with guy when I picked up, who was nicer than the woman I dropped off with. Second, paid a bit more than we usually do for just a clean and press. But, they advertise 100% organic cleaners, that usually comes at a cost. The finish product though was good. Still had a couple wrinkles l in a couple spots, but the stains were out.
