I cannot emphasize enough how incredible working with Bill was. It was truly 5-star, top tier, above and beyond service! He did my estimate for free, fixed something for free in the rain, spoke with insurance, worked WAY overtime to have my car ready on my desired date, saved me hundreds of dollars on my deductible, and, of course, made my car look brand new! I'm so grateful for Bill and his team. Fingers crossed I won't have a reason to come back any time soon, but if I do, I know where to go! Auto body repairs can be stressful, but I can't say enough about Bill and Eldersburg Auto Body in how they serviced my German built SUV. Bill was able to timely obtain the needed parts (not an easy thing in today's environment) and then seamlessly worked with my insurance company to agree on an estimate. The repairs were timely concluded following receipt of the needed parts and Bill is very good about following up to make sure everything is working well.
