Amazingly clean and organized store. Good amount of merchandise to choose from. Awesome employees are helpful and professional. Definitely worth the drive out of Baltimore. There are many shops and eateries in a 2 mile radius. Excellent location.

This store is ok, but the manager (Dave) is incredibly rude. I actually feel a little better after reading some other reviews about him, because he made me feel so terrible last week that I genuinely wondered what I could have done to deserve it. I have stopped going to this location as a result.

This dollar tree has an ok selection of items. I wish they would amp up the crafts section, though, because there are so many things that I see on YouTube or IG that aren't here.

Stay away Dave is very rude , disrespectful , discourteous, very racist I have had it up to my neck with his behavior. It was about 10 ppl in line with one cashier when myself and another black young lady ask him could he help the older cashier he stated no I can not when the caucasian lady ask him he help. He was yelling and using profanity. Let them rewind the damn camera they will see it.

Not as well stocked as other DT, but drastically better under the new management. At least there's some organization on the shelves and the aisles aren't lined with unopened boxes of merchandise now. The employees are always very helpful and kind. The manager, however, is incredibly abrasive. I've heard him many times berating employees and customers. Yesterday, he was rude to me, implying that I was lying while he overheard an issue that an employee was helping me with! You don't run a business successfully with a nasty attitude like that.

After going to this store several times, I have to give praise to Miss Barbara, the friendly cashier. She hustles through a long line with a positive attitude, and says “I love my job” and it shows. She bag’s everything with extra care, and speaks to everyone w kindness. She told the lady in front of me she is 77, but it sure does not show. You can’t replace an employee like her, and she deserves praise and a raise!! Thank you Miss Barbara for your hard work and positive attitude!!!!

The man who I assume is the manager is SO RUDE. My son and I walked up to his lane, smiled and happily said hello. We didn’t realize his lane was closed and, instead of matching our politeness, he gave us a j*** remark about it. I replied nicely and changed lanes, during that time a few other people went into his lane and he gave them nasty comments too.I heard the customers behind us talking about how horrible he always is. I’ve also heard from others about his attitude, but this was the first time I’d seen him there and experienced it myself. The whole time I was in line he was complaining to another woman about all the awful customers. We love the dollar store, but I don’t want to go in there if he’ll be there too. Such a sad man.

I drive 35 minutes to shop at Sykesville store .Nice staff ,clean store ,well organized .The Baltimore stores are dirty, scary,just one big mass.
